I used to love stopping by the Papillion Sam’s Club for a quick bite—back in the day, the dining area was honestly 5 stars! Great food, clean setup, and always stocked. Fast forward to now, and it feels like the glory days are gone. The dining experience has really gone downhill. Half the time the menu is limited, the tables aren’t well-kept, and don’t even get me started on the ice machine—it’s never working! I’m convinced it’s just there for decoration at this point. Still love the store overall, but the food court needs some serious love.

Using Sam’s club your can save in so many ways. Tire change, pharmacy, fuel, optical, bakery, grocery, furniture and many many more. The main thing they do not have – customer education. Using their app you can buy much more then you see in the club, and if you are + member, you do not pay for the shipping, this way you will save time and money. There are few other things, they are more historical, there price for the hot dog combo is 1.38 only, it was the same for years. There price for rotisserie chicken is 4.98 only, but to find it, you should cross the whole store. This Sam's has so many items on sale on every Friday.

As long as you don't need any actual customer service while shopping in the store. This is a good place to shop. But if you need help or something the associates really dont want to bother or can be kind of rude. Of course it depends on the associate but overall how many times I shop there its not the best. 2 examples. 90 percent of the time I use scan and go. But I had 4 items and had a different card then normal. I go to self checkout. Idk what happened but it errored out and an associate needed to come. I kid you not 3 employees were just sitting there chatting... I waved. Nothing. Finally I go up and and like I need help please. "OK be there in a minute" ... they just kept chatting. And I heard the conversation it wasn't work related. And then I guess now the cafe you order off the app or at the registers. I wish they would of posted this. Alot of people didnt know either and we're also frustrated, they said to ask cashiers they could help. The café people were slammed. I couldn't figure out where in the app to order so we to to self checkout like the instructions say... I thought maybe it was a menu or something. Idk looked for a cashier... they sitting there talking again. I wait and wait and wait. Finally I just googled and figurrd out how to order on the app. ( apparently now there's a cafe section!) But I had to leave my QR code to see it. Also.. it was a hassle when something was down..yet its available in the app. They don't really explain how to refund it properly. Now I will say I went back again and I did notice they had barcodes attached to registers. But either way, customer service needs so much improvement inside the store. Just because most things are electronic and customers CAN do it themselves now, is not an excused for poor service. Now the pick up team. They get 5 stars. Always friendly and courteous. Other factors: the store is clean and does seem to be really well stocked.

Deliveries here are easy. Lots of room in the dock area for straight backs. Employees are nice and usually pretty fast unloading.

People doing pickup need to do a better job!!!! Why would you put my rotisserie chicken in my trunk upside down! There’s juice all over my trunk. Pay attention! Managers teach them how to load right side up

A lot of them really try their best and are polite. But some of the employees are a little rude. One girl in customer service gives you this look that just makes you feel stupid when you try to correct her in any way. My mom has always had a Sam’s membership card, she was just issued one in February. But almost all the customer service people say the cards don't exist, ok then why does the pump say to insert my Sam’s membership card when the app isn’t working? I just gave up hope and left after waiting for an hour and a half.

I rolled right in, I went straight for the meat department. It’s definitely my favorite for shopping for proteins. I got several other staples as well. I enjoy strolling through the seasonal isle as well. They are bringing all the spring items out. There is plenty to choose from as well. Everything from outdoor furniture to grills to bikes and exercise equipment. I used the app to pay and that always makes things fast. I never have to wait in line at a cash register.

Great place to deliver to. Friendly and helpful people. DRIVERSBE AWAREOF THEIR DELIVERY TIMES. I was given a 1300 appointment by the broker. Showed up at exactly 1130, and I was told by the receiving clerk that they usually stop taking trucks at 1130. Posted sign says 1230, my suggestion show up as early as possible. Pretty quick unload, less than 1 hours in and out. You can also scan that QR code and it'll show you their receiving hours
