I had to quickly find soccer cleats for our son. I found some priced within our budget, bought them online for pickup later that day and ran down to Papillion from Gretna. The communication about my order being ready, and what to expect were clear and easy to understand, which was nice because I don’t usually shop there and my boys and I were already in a rush. When we walked in, within one minute, we were greeted by an employee who was smiling, asked about our day and what he can help us with. He asked for the name, and joyfully said, that’s my last name too! He continued to make jokes about having the same last name, and showed my boys his ID to prove it. My boys loved all of it. Chad Bennett, thank you for your amazing customer service, for making my family laugh, and turning a stressful day into a happier one. Those 5+ minutes you took to quickly notice us, relate and joke around while grabbing our pickup order (while you were also likely on your way to go take care of something else) seriously became a bright spot in not only my day, but more importantly my boys. We left better than we walked in, thanks to you!

We searched online for kayaks, new and used, and Dick’s had the best price for the season. My whole tribe went in multiple times, spending a loooonnnggg time looking and trying to make a decision. We had help from a young man with transporting our kayaks to the front of the store. The cashiers were friendly and personable. We had a good experience and will shop there again.

Nice selection of running shorts, joggers and yoga apparel but the prices are steep. I only go in store when they have the major sales around the holidays.

I can not believe this store called the police and said I was stealing. I was surrounded and detained. I showed my receipt and the police apologized. I have been to this store tons of times and I always shop big. Wow! I was so embarrassed. I appreciate the police doing their job but how dare this store allow one of their best customers to be detained and searched. I am at a loss of words!

Dicks is a great sports store. Not only that but they have a very nice selection of clothes and shoes. I live in papillion, and it's fantastic to not have to drive far at all to go and shop. It's a bit pricey, but I guess that's what you have to pay for convenience.

Alexis did an amazing job! She helped me find everything I needed for my daughter soccer tournament, after looking at the soccer selections to find the right color, she actually found it in the men’s selection and fit perfectly on my daughter plus extra socks for the husband 🥰

This Yeti cup stays Cold all day. The ice doesn't melt. And this Turquoise color is a beautiful green/blue. Recommend these for Grads, Mothers Day, whatever!!!!
