Had to replace all my appliances. Everything is working great. They accidentally sent a gas stove but had the correct one out to me within a couple days. Love the website letting me see all my appliances in one place with options to add ones I didn't even buy there. And got great prices on everything.

The only praise I have for this store is Tony, who should be the Employee of the Year .... the rest of the organization does not care about the customer. I had to order a refrigerator 3x and still things were handled at a substandard level. The delivery guys should be fired. They scratched our new refrigerator and didn't tell us. They also busted a water valve which caused water to go all over our kitchen. I would not order ANYTHING from Lowe's unless you appreciate substandard service.

Went in for a BBQ. The one we wanted was in top stock area. Jason and Tom went above and beyond and worked safely together to get it down for us. Great job guys. We love Lowe’s 👍

I'm in town on business for a couple weeks and have had some hardware needs. I've been to homie depots and visited the ace, but I haven't been able to find what I want. I found this place and they had exactly what I needed twice. The third time I went there first, and it wasn't EXACTLY what I needed, but I got it anyway. Stopped by an Ace on the way back to the hotel and they didn't have any better options. So I think this Lowes might be the place to go in the area if you want to find what you're looking for or the closest choice. The selection seems limited at other stores, or useless minutia at Ace... don't need a dozen options that don't work and are largely identical... Try this Lowes first.

Placed a $1600 order for lumber and mulch, scheduled to be delivered between 8-12 on April 3rd. I was supposed to get a call letting me know when driver is in route. At 4:30 when nothing has arrived I call the store and spend 20 minutes on hold before getting hung up on. Call back to get manager and listen to a phone ring for 5 minutes before dealing with the rudest, saddest excuse for a manager I’ve ever dealt with. Driver is suddenly 5 minutes away from my house and I just need to be available or I’ll get pushed out another week. Lowes messed up schedule, Lowe’s failed to contact and finalized the transaction with horrible customer service. I’ve spent 40,000 dollars with this company in the last 5 years. I won’t spend another dime here. Hire people that care about your customers or you won’t have any customers!

Do not ever buy a kitchen from Lowe’s, we wanted to go with a unique color green and we were not informed of all the issues that would occur with this color selection. We ordered the kitchen back in October paid 13,000$ and it’s almost March and we are now told with half a kitchen that they no longer make the green color cabinets. Lows dropped the ball and they need to issue a full reimbursement they cost my family thousands of dollars in fast food since October too now it’s almost March!

For truck drivers. I had appointment at 7am , got here night before. Checked in at 620 like I've been told the night before. They told me to come back at 7 which I didn't. After giving me a go around for 2h they finally gave me a dock at 9 am. Im gonna lose my load home because of them. Empty at 1045 and they lied on paper work that I was Empty at 1030.
