I had the most outstanding customer service I have ever had from the appliance delivery team! A huge shout out to the crew that helped me Omar, Juan, Lee, & Jahree! I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. They all went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. There was a slight mix up on my order where my washer and dryer were marked as delivery only and not installation. But they still went ahead and installed everything for me. This was truly a relief on my part and solidified me as a lifetime Home Depot customer! I have also raved about this experience to my neighbors, family, & friends. Thank you again to this crew, their customer service is second to none!

My husband and I stopped in here to get some keys copied for my daughter. We were happy they were open on Easter Sunday. We don't celebrate the holiday, but we did have errands to run, lol. The girl that greeted me when we walked was super nice and friendly, but the guy who helped us use the key making machine acted like an impatient jerk. The store was clean and well-lit and well-stocked.

So we purchased our windows in 2006 from Home Depot. They are supposed to have a lifetime warranty on them and when the gas goes out in between the panels, they’re good about replacing the slashes in the past however we have a winner that is leaking. And it was leaking in the past and they came out and supposedly done something changed out something to fix it, etc. but this time the leak went Behind the vinyl siding out of the corner of the window and into our family room. Now someone came out and looked at it and told me that they were going to replace the wood frame around the window, order a brand new window and redo the metal around the windows. After following up after not hearing anything for a few days now, I am told from home installation that they have to file a claim with their insurance person and have their insurance person to come out and say whether it’s their issue or a homeowner’s issue because it was supposed to be sealed, But the leak was coming from the corner of the window where it was draining down up underneath the vinyl and rotted my wood underneath. Supposedly, I am just so frustrated with all of this and I feel like I’m not getting anywhere with anyone. In the meantime, I’ve got wet wood behind my metal in my house that can be setting up mold. Feeling frustrated. The guy that came out told me that they could get it repaired within three weeks and now I’m told me that we have to wait Until another inspector comes out since there’s so much damage. The gentleman that came out before said that everything would be covered, including the wood because it was due to the window leaking and it would fall back on them to get it repaired. I’m getting so many mixed signals here and We are so frustrated. 😣

This place is disappointing. Everytime I go in there they don't have what I need. The excuse they always use is, We're a small store you have to go to 125th and L location. Home Depot is half a mile from my home. I don't want to drive to another location. So I drive 1 mile from my home to Lowes.

Was able to get all the stuff needed to dig out our mulch along the house and lay weed barrier (with yard staples) and rainbow river rock. Absolutely love how it turned out and the prices were decent 👌

BI don't like having to give this type of rating to a business but I am not going to to give a rating they don't deserve. I feel employee's make or no break a business and customers that are treated I was told more or less by two workers to do it myself. I called the store and was told a manager would be right there.he didn't show. I was wondering if a lady employees would help ,she was too busy talking on the phone. The one star was for the very polite and helpful gentleman who loaded my Jeep., He was a good worker. Whoever is in charge needs to get some more good people like him. on another date I guess there was an employee changing of the guards, The next time there were some very helpful and polite workers there. another thumbs up for them is they will cut your wood for you. on large projects it helps alot Because the workers were so kind and helpful, I m going to adjust the stars to four. Good turn around.
