The store was very clean and organized well. I was able to find exactly what I needed without any assistance. I was able to get in and get out.

huge line of customers with only one woman ringing up transactions. But quickly I saw a manager appear and was almost gracious at how fast they help their customers. I then saw the manager ring for another cashier, after a few minutes, a woman came speed walking to help the ever growing line of customers. This manager proceeded to stand there and stare at his employees and the customers, not doing anything. I don’t trust businesses where the managers don’t, won’t, or are unable to help their employees with daily rushes. To stand there and watch instead of helping is a reflection of what the management thinks.

I would first like to say thank you to the young lady who helped me out at register one. You were so helpful, and the saving grace to the experience I had on Memorial Day. Now, here's the experience. After finding a new frame and flag box for my grandfather, I headed up to the registers to see that there was only one register open, and from the position that the manager (male, bald, kind of tall) was standing at, it appeared that there was another register open. I asked him if it was open, and I was completely ignored. I asked again, and no response. I took it personally, because he proceeded to side eye me as I headed up to check out. Talk about a juxtaposition; you head into a place that plays instrumental Christian music, then you head up to a very cold environment. He is not helpful to his staff either. Jump on a register once in a while. Stop making customers feel awkward and watched. Stop with the attitude of not being able to hear. I asked you twice, your staff asked you a few questions that were said as clear as day, and you still responded in a crappy attitude. I don't know who hurt you in life, but this is not the job for you. Sorry staff of Hobby Lobby that have to put up with this guy who calls himself a manager, and sadly Hobby Lobby does as well. This is one star for the frames and one star for the young lady.

Store is small. They had a 50% sale on house decor BUT they purposely put labels on pictures, knick snacks etc that is home decor as other departments just to keep from giving you the sale. AT Home has better deals

I am not a typical Hobbie Lobby shopper but I have to say how impressed I am with their selections. They are on top of just about any hobby you are working on. I highly recommend this business for hobby or decorating needs. The staff is awesome and friendly ready to help when asked. You might have to hunt an associate down as they are typically working on the store rather than standing around.
