If I could give this ACE a 0 star review I would!! I placed a ship to store order online for an item Westlake did not have in stock. The items were never used, and were out of the store for less than 15 hours. I went to return the items to the store where I had picked them up and was told I could not return the "online order" to the store! I called ACE customer service and the gentleman I spoke with called the store to allow the return. The manager was a complete jerk during the return process not only to me but also to his employee! Westlake on 90th and Maple is certainly not an ACE "with the friendly helpful hardware man"! I recommend finding another ACE in the Omaha Metro!

I visit this store multiple times a week for both work & personal needs. The employees at this location are always super helpful, and if they don't have in stock enough of what I need, they figure out how to get it. Emily in particular is a hoot and always super friendly!

O stars...Bad customer service and rude manger. I went to return a screening repair kit that I never used but had misplaced my receipt. It was $10. I rarely shop at a hardware store. The manager was so rude and insisted that I only get an in store voucher. I even pulled the transaction up on my bank app for them to just put it back on my card. He said "no that's not a receipt." I told him John in the back who does the repairs told me I could get a refund he remembered me from buying it" he stated "well I'm his boss so I said you can't without a receipt." I told him its only like $10 and I rarely come to a hardware store to buy anything." Made no difference he was just very disrespectful. Very argumentative, superiority complex, rude and terrible attitude. He turned his back on me and walked away after he told the young man " get her the credit so she can hurry up and get out of here." NEVER EVER WILL I COME HERE AGAIN. I went to the back to get the screenI had brought in for repair and the girl with the blue hair found it for me and told me no charge. I even talked to her about Roman who used to work there and was friends with my son...But by this time that did not make up for that managers attitude. I live way out west and chose to come here because I used to live in the area. But never again I will just shop at the one out in my area...

Very friendly and helpful . Associate name is Z , she went beyond what she was supposed to do . That’s what it’s called the best in class customer service !! If I ever need anything from your store I will definitely make a drive from Papillion where I live because of her . I tried to do survey but didn’t know store number and survey number .
