No one available, had to use self checkout. This is the second time this has happened. Will not take my coupon. No one sround to ask for help. Will not go back. Bring back the cashiers and remove the self checkout. Out good money due to not recognizing coupons.

4/12/25 I was minding my own business and then I suddenly heard the loudest scream and then I heard things hitting the ground. I thought this was maybe a distressed customer but it was the Michaels framer. Why is she working there? My friend works there and she tells me she’s the manager too. This is not manager behavior. She shouldn’t be working there at all. My friend also told me she’s keeps them there wayyy past close. They need a new framer and manager

Atrocious bathrooms. We needed to change our infants diaper and I was appalled by the bathroom. First, why aren’t there changing tables in the men’s restroom? Secondly, the state of the women’s restroom and changing table was unacceptable. Sure, public restrooms aren’t always ideal, but I’ve been to gas station restrooms that were cleaner than this one. I’ve uploaded a couple of photos but didn’t get a chance to snap a photo of the changing table or other stall since my child was inconsolable at the time. I don’t mean to call out the one person who initialed the bathroom log, clearly this restroom has been disgusting for months which was obvious to see due to the buildup of scum on the sinks, the accumulation of crap particles on the toilets, and the filth on the floor. Does anyone even bother to clean this bathroom? I mean, besides adding more toilet paper and paper towels every now and again what else is done? It reeked the second I walked in and felt awful about having to change my child on such a disgusting surface. I had to grab wet paper towels and wipe down the baby changing table since there was a buildup of grime (to put it nicely) on it. I don’t think that expecting clean restrooms is too much to ask for. Unfortunately, it was so cold this weekend (-20°) that we couldn’t change our child in the back of our SUV, using this gross restroom was our one option. I hope this location starts caring a little more for their customers.

Ordering online is easy, and the prices for the Micron pens beat the local art supply store and Amazon. But the pickup area could be better labeled and organized. It took some effort to find my order. The order info is on the inside of the bag with no label on the outside.

I love this store! Always clean, well stocked and the staff is so friendly. I do recommend either downloading the Michaels app or going to the website to look for coupons when you’re shopping!! I went in the other day to pick up a few things and ended up getting 40% off with a coupon. They have everything from acrylic paint, oil, paint, watercolor, scrapbooking, photo, albums, cricket, material, holiday decor, and even cake decorating stuff
