They were friendly and they seem reputable, and I would go there again. But I will say that they are the only FFL that has charged me two transfer fees on the same transfer. All of the previous FFL’s that I have dealt with only charge one fee for two transferred items on the same form. The $20 transfer fee is very reasonable and you will not find a lower price in the Omaha area.

They had my rifle 2 times, for a total of 5 weeks. I returned it after the first time after I test fired it, it does not eject the shells and they're lodged very tight!! I returned it to them and when I got it back the same thing happened... it does not eject the shells. I told them I want a refund via answering machine. To date I have not heard anything back from them!!! I'm very upset!!! Do not go there, they don't know what they're doing!!!

Transferred a firearm through them and the experience was flawless and easy. Also went in looking for a pistol grip screw that wasn't included in my purchase. Gentleman handed me one and said "happy building." Great customer service. I highly recommend and will work with them in the future.

Best small FFL shop around plus $20 transfer fee !! they will go out of their way to find what you want ! I find it interesting when people try to blame Tom about their suppressor problems especially when the place they bought the suppressor from didn’t fill out the paperwork properly and sent it in and then Tom gets the denial letter and has to due the proper signatures and resends it back to be properly accepted !! Awesome place get all my parts and accessories from ZTactical
