Literally on hold trying to get this lump in my boob biopsied and they have hung up on me 3 times, I have had to call every referral to get my appointments. I swear if this is cancer and you literally ignored it for a year, imma sue. Terrible place. This isn't a hospital, hospitals help you, this place won't. *Edit to add: I just remembered, they also have refused to do any tests for my stomach, because I'm throwing up pretty much daily for over a year. They said, probably just weed, and I don't smoke weed, but apparently I'm suffering immensely from a drug I don't do. Terrible place.

They don’t tell you when your PCM has rotated out, the appointment line is rude to spouses and quick to hang up the phone. If you are a spouse getting a prescription refill is like pulling teeth, I haven’t been able to get my meds refilled in over 2 weeks because the pharmacy and myself cannot reach my doctor and the nurses never call back.

Well, one must be military in some form or fashion to use this facility. I've been coming here for over ten for a variety of medical and dental services. Great people all around, providing excellent care. The greater Omaha area military community is lucky to have the staff and doctors.

The stars are for the EXCEPTIONAL folks who work here. The process wasnt great - no signs, kiosk didnt print tickets, .... but the staff were kind and working hard - I was very impressed with the 2 techs I interacted with who were polite, professional, and truly helpful. As to the Capt who came out to help an elderly man who was overwhelmed & confused - you are an incredible leader/manager - and just a truly great human being.
