The online ordering system for Ace Hardware showed a specific product. I ordered the product which the site said was in stock, and paid for it. When I came to pick it up, I received a much smaller product from a different brand. When I inquired about this, I was told that multiple products all had the same SKU in the system, and the store never really knew what was going to be sold. It was a bait and switch. I paid for a larger, different, highly rated brand, and came in and received a product that was half the size, from a different brand, for the same price. I am 100% filing a complaint with the FTC.

This might have been the worst customer experience I’ve had in a hardware store. If you like to be talked Down to look like an idiot this is the place for you. I’m not the greatest when it comes to a whole repair in yardwork and I was trying to ask some Questions but was quick to give no responses and push me aside like I was an inconvenience to them. I have never had this trouble with other Ace Hardware’s so if you’re looking to go to Ace, I recommend going to the fourth as they are a lot friendlier, but a lot more helpful.

Friendly staff. Plenty of parking and handicap accessible. They have the cheapest bird seed and lots of varieties. Sale prices are good. My dog can even come inside.
