I walked to Pharmacy to get some day&night quill first associate asked if I had and ID. I responded with no said politely said “oh sorry unfortunately I cannot sell it to you” I replied “okay I understand let me run to my car” I run out to my car to get my ID come back in. I notice as I came back the first associate I talked to was busy with a customer so I asked an associate that was on their phone if they could ring me up at the register. The associate rang me up didn’t even ask for my ID but I knew it was not right so I even showed her my ID she glances at it doesn’t look at DOB. The register on the associate side asks if costumer is over 18 because I know how the registers work, associate just clicks yes without even asking for ID I felt very disrespected as a customer and this is very poor integrity attitude for the business. Never as a customer have I felt every disrespect and make me feel bad for the business for having a poor attitude and dishonest associate.

We were buying back to school supplies for the Shanandoa Iowa school system with money raised doing a fundraiser at our company, MA Mortensen. We walked up with 5 carts and a palet cart, to your manager, Nitin and asked who could help us with our HUGE purchase that we we going to make. He pointed to Natalia and Jennifer, our fantastic cashiers. The smiled so kindly and then we all got started. It was a group effort!! Dianna, Jaun, and Ian all jumped in to assist in any way needed. They counted the over 8000 items we bought. Organized them for the cashiers. They got boxes for us, loaded carts, etc. All of this was done with a smile while we were chatting about our fundraising efforts. It was an amazing experience!!! After all the ite.s were ring up, boxed and in the carts, they even walked us out to our truck and trailer. They further assisted us outside. Nitin took pictures of all of us and the join effort it took to be able to change the lives of some students in Shenandoah, Iowa!

I usually go in knowing what I need to get, quick and easy, I don’t need to ask where anything is because I know what the store usually has. It’s a pretty good store overall, staff is usually pretty helpful and friendly, as long as you approach them like you have some sense.

Staff is always great and helpful. Some moron at corporate apparently thought it's a good idea to shut down all the self checkout aisles (approx 18-25) opting instead for 4 lines with a cashier. So I'll be shopping elsewhere until this is changed. I don't go shopping to sit in line for 25 minutes at checkout. My money is good at other places that don't have this level of "convenience"

absolutely rude and disrespectful. I tried to purchase a ps5 and the store staff informed me that they dont accept tap pay. They had constant smart alec comments during the checkout. Walmart also cancelled two curbside orders for no reason.

I shop here often as my go to for weekly grocery shopping. My pet peeve is incorrect pricing, especially on mark downs. This happens quite often. I take pictures now of the posted price to show the employee working the "pit". So not only do we have to check out ourselves, we have to be their price checkers. Sam would be so disappointed with how his company is now. Update 9/22: I am further disappointed in the employees. I understand the employees that have to shop for customers picking up their orders, but they should be courteous to the customers there shopping. Today, I had one run into me like I wasn't even there. He seen me clearly but kept moving his cart towards me. Never excused himself or apologized. Then He turned into next aisle and almost hit another shopper. This isn't the first time this has happened. This needs to be corrected immediately.

Came in today to get my fishing license they were short staffed but the lady that helped me was respectful and kind to me, and she was only a seasonal worker so she wasn’t even supposed to be in that department. Good work on hiring her.!

I hate going to this store so much and only go when there are no other options. I hate the self-check system here. The customer service desk often closes early. The grocery side of the store is often messy and understocked. Shopping for clothes is very frustrating because they are almost always out of the sizes I am looking for, tags are often missing and clothes are just everywhere.
