The previous manager was horrible . I was charged late fees due to her not being in contact. She was suppose to fix my lock and it was never done. The unit leaks and I had request to move to another unit. She never followed up so clothes and some furniture was ruined . She wouldn’t return phones calls and left me locked into the gated area. Called the 800 number and they said a manager would get back to me . The call was never returned . The only good thing is the manager Sabrina was a big help in getting some of the things resolved . She was polite respectful and helpful .

One the best storage unit experiences Ive ever had! Sabrina was very professional, accommodating, and thorough about the property and its amenities. If I ever need a storage unit in the future I will be sure to call this location first, and you should too! :D

Sabrina was a very helpful employee. She was courteous and professional. She adequately answered all questions and fixed all issues in a timely manner. She is an asset to public storage and should be given a raise.

If I would’ve known that they raise your rates like every 4 months I would’ve stayed away from this company. With the discount it was under $100 for a large unit starting out. Almost 8 months later it’s now $205. I know this is normal unfortunately but it’s still a huge jump.

I rented a unit here on March 15th; I paid for a full month, plus the lock, admin fee, and mandatory insurance. I like to stay ahead on bills, so I paid the balance for April when it appeared on my account online, on March 22nd. On March 23rd, I went to add items to the unit and found that water had made its way in along the back wall. I went to the office and requested to change units. I moved to the new unit, and as I'm arranging my items, the guy for the unit next to mine stopped by to warn me about water that entered his unit recently. Great - traded one leaky unit for another. Today, I logged in to my account to find that they want another $96 for April. Needless to say, I am moving my items to a different facility owned by a different company this coming weekend. This location is not a secure place to store your items since it is not in good repair (huge warning sign should have been the desiccant for sale on the counter in the office), and the customer service experience while trying to get this situation sorted out has been less-than-stellar. I'm awaiting a detailed account summary to be delivered to me, but based on the chat support's statements, it sounds like they charged me an additional $29 admin fee to move from one unit to another due to the poor repair of their facility. I'm a person who typically looks on the bright side, but I can't name a single redeeming factor about this Public Storage location. You're better off with Dino's than this place, and that's saying something.

I see all these comments about lack of response... wish that were the case here. Phone calls nearly everyday and Alicia/Alisha has the rudest attitude. Lock and things have been removed. Stated multiple times we no longer needed the unit.Threatening to charge for late fees and removal costs for the FEW items left yet theres a dumpster there on site thats locked to the paying customers. Why not auction the unit off without informing people like you used to?! Oh, it must have ALL of the person's belongings and valuables in it for the auction and no contact part? Also, how a storage bill went from $100 to $250 in a year is crazy. What out for that price hike customers. Claims to be secure yet people can easily get in after hours as i knew someone who lived in their unit not long ago. Spoke with another renter about how his unit had been broken into with no help from the "business." This place is an absolute joke and the people are not helpful. Please steer clear.
