Kelly’s Carpet Omaha exceeded our expectations in every possible way when we purchased new carpeting and flooring for our kitchen, laundry room and entryway. In the past we bought everything from NFM and another flooring store. Kelly’s Carpet beat their prices and customer service by a long shot. Christen O’Connell in sales was outstanding and made the selections process so easy for what I had in mind. She found the perfect flooring for our home. Jamie’s vinyl flooring team were perfectionists and got our kitchen, laundry room and entryway done in one day! We had four guys working together helping each other to move from one area to the other. The vinyl looks like wood planks and you would never guess it isn’t real wood. George led the carpet team and their teamwork was impressive. He was funny and a joy to be around. All our furniture is really heavy and that was included in the price. That in itself blew our minds! When I called Kelly’s about a couple of minor woodwork issues after the installations, I heard back from them that same day and two days later, their Quality Assurance Manager, Matt Turpen, came out to fix them! A super nice guy who knows his stuff. We are thrilled with the results and highly recommend Kelly’s Carpet in every possible way!

Very professional, friendly. Kelly’s carpet installers were amazing, and very detailed. Moved furniture, old carpet, installed, cleaned up, returned furniture in three large rooms and a detailed set of stairs in 4.5 hours. Beautiful carpet.

I had an amazing experience from the time I walked in the door through the install. Becky was a great designer to work with. George and Poncho were great installers that worked very efficiently. The carpet is beautiful!!

The crew were fast and professional. The only concern we have is the carpet seams. They are raised and hard when you step on them. They're also quite visible....It has been more than a month since I received a response from the company. It's looks good in Google Review for them to respond that someone will be contacting us to address the areas of concern with our carpet install. This update is to let everyone know that we have yet to hear from anyone in the company. Just because they post that someone will reach out to take care of a problem doesn't mean they will follow through and actually do just that!!

It was such an easy process to set up measurements, order carpet and set install day. So many choices on carpet!! I love how everything is included in the price..carpet, pad, install, haul away, and moving furniture! Janine Marsh was great to work with she was very knowledgeable and helpful. She knew I was on a budget and my carpet looks amazing! I had 1100 sq feet laid in 7 hours!

Was trying to get carpet got three quotes Kelly’s carpet quote was the cheapest and a measurement was 100 ft.² under everybody else measurement Between Nebraska furniture mark And carpet land Kelly’s carpet gave me A higher quality Carpet and under padding no hidden fees no marks on baseboards and that are fast and quality work. Marty was my sales rep I will be spending more money with them

We were first greeted by Donna at the front desk. She asked us what we needed & Immediately hooked us up with Teresa Grant. My husband, Mark, and I received outstanding service from Teresa. By the measurements we brought in, she figured out the exact amount of glue and carpet squares. We need it for this project. The next time we need carpet, we will be coming directly to Kelly’s carpet store and look for Teresa.
