Had my wedding ring resized to a larger size. They did a wonderful job and had it back to me quicker than originally quoted. The ring was beautifully done and looks as good as new since they polished it as well. As an added bonus, my nine year old daughter went with me to pick it up and they let her pick out her own ring from a selection of play jewelry. Well done, above and beyond from a customer service stand point. I highly recommend them to anyone needing some new jewelry or even just a little TLC on their existing jewelry.

I am adding two bands to my wedding set and while I couldn’t find exactly what I wanted, Jason (SouthPointe store) said we could get it custom made! I’m so excited and the customer service provided by Jason has been nothing less than stellar! He has communicated at every step, ensured I loved the outcome of the new bands and helped me with final “assembly” with my wedding set. Jason and Sartor Hamann will be our only place for jewelry in the future. 💍💙

The repair of my weddings was excellent. I would recommend Sartor Hamann for repairs. Not happy with selling gold thru them. They called and quoted one price on the phone. When I got their they couldn't find the quote or that I even brought a ring in. When they finally found it, they said it was a much lower amount. It wasn't the dollar amount that upset me, it was the principle of the situation. They then tried to sell me a similar ring for 5x the amt. for the trade in. Just saying, seller beware.

The gentleman who helped me with a setting for a special penny was caring and knowledgeable. When I picked up the finished product the young women who assisted was also lovely and aware of the significance of this piece and placed it in a very nice pouch. I always have a very positive experience shopping at Sartor Hamann Jewelry. They have a good stock in their store of very nice items. All the employees that I have worked with are very courteous and friendly and will work hard to please the customer and make the visit a very positive experience. They stand behind their products and the work that a customer contracts to have done on their possessions. Great store and I would recommend them very highly.
