This was once one of my favorite stores for anything hardware related. Now, it's an absolute joke. Inventory is either misplaced or out constantly. Employees have no idea what they are doing or what they are talking about, except the old man! Very thankful he's still there. The new owner is letting the place run into the ground.

Great employees but the new owner better watch the prices…. Water softener salt use to be around 9 dollars with old owner but now it is 12.99 40lbs nice try I will drive to Menards for 7.29 50 lb bag. If you inflated that product. how many more? West O store location……

Well managed and helpful staff without getting annoying. Loved my shopping experience here. These neighborhood hardware stores are a disappearing anchor for the local community. Please support them and they will pay it back to the community they're in.

Might want to change your hours listed on your website and door. Came to your store at 9:30, and you were not open, when clearly your sign says open @ 9am.
