I don’t recommend, they did repair the work around the windows, however we still have a draft blowing in, from the jam of the window. Tina was a big help, unfortunately anytime they send someone out, he always says he has to call his boss, then you have to track him down to get another run around. Wishing now I would have went with another contractor.

To say I'm thrilled, is an understatement! Storm damage is never fun, and the ensuing process of an insurance claim is even worse. Drew was absolutely fantastic to work with, providing very reasonable options to choose from. He knew I was in a must do situation, but was low pressure and made sure I understood all options even calling the owner while on site with questions on feasibility with my oversized windows! That was just the FIRST STEP. After that, everyone I worked with was absolutely amazing! Tina made sure financing was a smooth process, and kept me updated regularly. Marco and team were FUN... yes, installers were FUN to be around! They were polite, interacted, answered any and all questions and left the job site cleaner than they found it! Everyone was friendly, kind, and courteous throughout the whole process and made sure everything was taken care of! AND THE WINDOWS!!! High quality, and craftmanship from window to install. I have an immediate benefit of a more quiet, temperature comfortable home, not to mention they completely updated the look of my house! These windows were truly a silver lining to the horrible hail storm. I HIGHLY recommend working with this company, they are a gem!!

I am working with Dan and he is FANTASTIC. He is professional, kind, and ON TIME. He went through the house and measured all the windows and told me every option I had for my windows. He was even kind enough to help us determine what color, what size, and what style would look great with our house. We went through all the ins and outs, including showing the difference between his windows versus the competition, and even had a price determined before he left. This whole process took less than 45 minutes. I am so happy that we found him and cant wait to see how the new windows turn out!

We are so happy with our shower from North Country Windows & Baths! It is absolutely beautiful! As a busy night shift RN, my favorite thing to do after work is to take a nice relaxing shower! Coming home to a beautiful, serene and large shower has been lovely and so relaxing! From step one it was so easy working with North Country! Derek, in sales, was informative and answered all our questions. Tina, in finance, made sure everything went smoothly and was set up the way we wanted. Lastly, our installer, Bayley, was so friendly and incredibly fast while also doing a great job! Everyone we worked with was A+ for customer service and friendliness! I highly recommend North Country Windows & Baths to anyone looking for an upgrade to their home!

Tony, Fernando, and Tina were amazing to work with! Between figuring out pricing and ordering to install everyone was very professional and friendly to work with. They answered all questions and we are so happy with our windows. One came damaged and they were quick to go ahead and reorder it to be made and reinstalled when it comes in. I love all the customization and options you can get with these windows. Well worth the price! Thank you so much for all the great work with our order, it’s truly appreciated!

We had 10 windows put in and they look great! The crew was very nice and they cleaned as they went along! The process was easy and and the sales rep answered all our questions and was very helpful! I couldn’t have been more happy with their whole team! Thank you for everything north country employees I love the windows!
