Aaron is a rock star! His daily check revealed my storage for my mom was not secured, and he immediately called and helped me make arrangements so that my mom's items would be safe. He has been terrific from the start. Woo hoo. Give him a raise.

Grateful that we picked this location. We needed storage on very short notice. We walked in, explained our situation and Monica was ready to help. After a short tour of the facility, looking at a few choices, and deciding on the right size, everything was easy peasy. We have been tenants for a couple of months and have had no issues. Stopped in today to see about upgrading to a larger unit and again she is able to accommodate us. Overall great service, clean facility, good value for the money. Have already recommended!

There is this cute young lady that works the Bellevue location named Monica. She is absolutely AMAZING. She is about 60%of the reason I have kept my unit there. Even on her worst day she will greet you with such a beautiful smile and great attitude. She does everything in her power to help you but there's only so much she can do. Her customer services skills goes above and beyond. She should be promoted and get a raise for all that she does and continues to do for not only the customers but for the company as well. She picks up the slack where some management lacks. AMAZING AND GREAT ASSET TO THE CUSTOMERS AND COMPANY.
