I just purchased my third camper, but it was my first time buying from Bish's. I love all the perks that come with buying from Bish's, including inspections and winterizing. Our salesman, Patrick, was excellent from start to finish. On the day of pickup, Lucas did a fantastic job with the walk-through and hook-up. They gave me a great deal on a camper. Overall, great experience.

Our 2nd time buying from Bish’s, they make the whole process of looking and buying a camper super easy. DJ at the Bellevue location is super knowledgeable and very easy going. We went to camping world to look at other brands, and the sales team there was just not as personable or knowledgeable as they are at Bish’s. Would highly recommend getting your first or next camper here.

Don't go anywhere else!! Our salesperson, Brian was amazing. First and foremost, he wasn't pushy. Additionally, he was very well informed and his customer service skills were outstanding. The manager, Josh was terrific as well. It was such a great experience (genuinely) and definitely worth taking a few minutes to write this review in hopes that others can save the time and have the same experience that we did when shopping/buying their new camper!

We had a great experience buying an Alliance 5th wheel at Bish's. From our sales person, Brian, to the GM, Josh, the purchase experience was top notch. What really stood out though was our experience picking up the new camper. There were a couple of things that needed to be moved over from our old camper and a couple of minor things to "fix" on the new one. Dustin worked his tail off to ensure everything was perfect. The whole delivery experience gave me confidence that we'd be taken care of if anything goes wrong with our new camper. Also, our neighbors at the semi-permanent campground where we stay, have always had great service from Bish's. I'll start there for my next purchase. Ask for Brian.

Thank you to Rob Peeples (the remote Outfitter for Bish’s RV) for setting everything up for a smooth delivery at Bish's in Omaha! We found him in the Brinkley RV FB group and reached out - and we are so grateful we did! Also, a big, big thank you to Nick in the service department that made sure we were informed of the ins and outs of the unit and quickly getting third party inspection issues resolved. There were also other members of the service team that were helpful; they'd talk to us and made time to answer questions in passing as they were doing other work unrelated to us or our unit. Everyone was so kind and encouraging from the beginning of the process all the way to when we pulled out. We stopped in to check out a couple of models we are interested in purchasing within the next year. Parker helped us out and even took us to an off-site storage area to check out one of the models that wasn't on their main lot. His time and attention helped us determine which model best fits our needs. While they showed us a great price we just weren't ready to buy yet. No pressure! No heavy-handed tactics! We will be back when we are ready to take the leap back into RV ownerships!

Sales is responsive to needs. They did not try to sell me something I did not want. Logan Kennedy returns calls. He is very professional. He explained services and costs. He’s not pushy. I would definitely go to Bish’s. The sales staff for what I call paint and fabric (Charles) explain the products well. Individual needs are respected. Dave did an extensive show around. Water in tank, demos of how everything worked. Special information I needed to know was pointed out - like the tankless water heater and the stairs. Kenya walked us thru the paperwork. Since Logan helped with a lot upfront, the “sign and pay” process was a breeze.
