27*out and bad snow storm moving in to last a few days We went to tractor supply to get a generator in case of outage We get it home and it won’t stay started so we were able to take it back and exchange it we was working with a young man named Zach who was awesome. Wanted to give a shout out to him and the store manager for making this process happen so easily. Thx again Zach

Really tight backing for a truck to the dock when delivering. You have to make a really tight left turn then back into the dock door. Sliding your tandems up will help. Not a lot of space to work with. Hope this helps other drivers before hand. Keep on Trucking!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called ahead of time to see if they had a trailer available & they said yes, I drove 30 minutes after that call & when I go up to talk to the person to rent it, they said it’s on “hold” but you can’t hold those, it’s first come first serve. This is absolutely disappointing. WHY COULDN’T YOU TELL ME OVER THE PHONE THAT YOU WEREN’T GOING TO RENT IT OUT? Such a waste of time!!!!!!

On February 25, 2025 at approximately 10:10 AM. I was walking through the store and stopped to look on a shelf when a young man was assembling a metal rack. A man walked up to him in the first words out of his mouth is don’t screw that up. The young man said oh I won’t. And then he discussed when everybody should go on break. So I’m assuming he was a manager. But you just don’t do that. That’s not one of the first things you go up and say to one of your employees. I told the young man what he should’ve said was I appreciate what you do and they are thank you very much and then walked away. Instead of insulting him in front of a customer.

Apparently they are too busy to help customers. Went to Dollar General for propane exchanges. In and out in 2 minutes. I will never shop here again.

I love TDC and so happy that they have moved in to this site in Kearney MO it seems like they are still experiencing growing pains as there was what seemed like a lot of merchandise missing or out of stock. But I can also see that it is going to be a very nice looking store once completed. So looking forward to moving this review to a 4 or hopefully 5 star review once they get moved in and lookin pretty. Again glad to have them in this location.
