Used this place for Thanksgiving dinner and it was a disaster. The turkey had an off flavor when reheated, almost like fish. The spiced pecans for the spinach salad were burnt black. The bottom of the rolls were burnt. The green beans in the green bean casserole were completely raw...not crisp tender but raw even after reheating for an hour. Gravy had no flavor and tasted like flour and oil. No one went back for another helping of anything. Threw away trays of food. Cracker Barrel would have served up better quality but we were impressed with the reviews of a local establishment. It's like they never tasted the food before they served it. Never again.

Wednesday night and the high school students take over. Fabulous! The students created a top notch menu of Italian small plates. The salmon was excellent and not over-cooked. The charcuterie selection was thought- out and nicely plated. The tomatoes with balsamic reduction was a pleasant addition. The lasagna was old school delicious. All was nicely plated and we were joined by pleasant company. We will be back!

What a wonderful experience this is! My 16 year old son just did the 3 day Christmas break series and had a great time. I’ve never seen someone so excited about eggs! Then he did the kids Chopped class and had a blast. Not only will he be back for more but we may take some classes together. And I will definitely be bringing my friends with me to do the Chopped competition ourselves! Very reasonable prices on the classes makes this a great way for my son to get a jump start on his culinary training!

Absolutely fantastic experience today! This was our first time in! We dropped in to see if there were any dinners that looked especially good, and Adam helped us pick out a few dinners, complete with bread and dessert! We left with two complete dinners of lasagna with meat sauce and chicken enchiladas, two freshly baked breads, a fresh loaf of garlic bread ready for the oven, freshly made salsa, and lavishly iced cinnamon rolls, all for under $50! Adam's suggestions were very honest and he was an incredible help. They had so many things to choose from, from family dinners that are frozen and ready to just be warmed in the oven, to single dinners (the Salisbury steak dinner with potatoes, vegetables, and bread looked very good), in addition to speciality sandwiches, fruit cups, salads, and lots of vegetarian options (which is very appealing)! Their pastry case is impossible to walk away from!! Everything was clean, organized, clearly labeled, and appetizing to the eye! I'm definitely going back to try the chicken pot pie and the beef enchiladas, and get my hands on more of the delicious pastries and cakes!!

What a great time I had. This is a must try. Look at the list of classes and events and you'll find someyhing thatcpeaks your interest. I took a macaron class. Instructors were great and I left with a container filled with beautiful cookies. Great food, drinks and lots of fun. Plan on doing it again soon
