I had a weird setup from my old dishwasher and couldn't figure out how I was going to hookup my new washer because it needed a 90° fitting, Chris a very knowledgeable lady saved the day and got me all fixed up. Thank you so much

Love they have popcorn, although sadly it’s rare now they actually have it when I go in. Always friendly staff and they usually have what I need so I don’t have to drive all the way to Liberty.

Very rude. Went in to ask to use the restroom before shopping. When I asked the employee at the counter she looked at her manager who decided I could not use their restroom. Immediately left without purchase of new lawn mower

The staff isn't very friendly and each time I've been the kids had no idea what tools I was trying to find, but they do try to help if you directly ask them for it. The store always has a good selection and nearly always has what I need. The prices on their end-of-season plants are great too.

I attended their grand opening tonight and was VERY impressed with their selection and prices. I spoke with the general manager who was both knowledgeable in helping me find and then explain the correct use of a needed part and was also quite friendly. As a guy, there's nothing worse than asking for help at a hardware store only to have yourself made out to be an ignoramus by the store clerk. You'll not find that here. My wife and I both plan on going back--soon.

Have been to this hardware store multiple times in the past couple of years. I've learned through experience this place has just way too high of prices. Went to pick up a few nuts and bolts today and they charged me around two to three times the amount I was paying at both Porters and the big box stores. You know it is bad when the cashier jokes with me about how expensive these bolts have become. That was an interesting experience, and not very bright I may add. They are also very limited stock for a small town hardware store, in my opinion. If it's something small, I recommend Porter's or ACE in Excelsior Springs. As for me, today was my last time in this establishment.
