I don’t usually do reviews, and if I do it’s because there was something exceptional - “Bruce” is exceptional. had an amazing experience at “Bruce”. I was in a rush to not only find a sofa, but get it delivered the same week! I’d been from North Platte to Kearney and the options at Bruce were by far and away the best! I found a beautiful sofa - in my style and color. In addition, the service I received from the staff absolutely exceeded my expectations! They rearranged their delivers and fit me in that week. Service DOES still exist, and the people at Bruce made a believer out of me. JAKE was my guy, and he made it all happen. The rest of the staff was amazing, as well! I highly recommend Bruce they provide the best service and highest quality!

Sara King, the Design Consultant was very nice and very helpful. She helped us to make a good decision on purchasing a new dining room table & chairs. We really like what we chose. Sara made us feel welcomed and she was friendly too. They offer free delivery too. We needed that.

We walked in the store knowing what we wanted. The sales team was very attentive. Since our furniture was in stock, it was scheduled for delivery the very next day. Recently I purchased a new lift chair at the Kearney store. I came into the store near closing time on a Monday and Jake stayed an extra 35 minutes to show me what chairs they had and explained how each one functioned. I told him I needed to go home and think about it and I would let him know. I returned the next day around 4:30 to purchase the chair. Jake was not available but Sara stepped in and finished the sale for him and also setup delivery that day yet. The delivery guys were at my house about 30 minutes later setting up my new chair and they also removed an old one that was in our basement. Everyone was very nice and helpful!
