Recently bought the posh purl yarn in black. Needed more for my project went back and they were completely out. Went back a week later. Still out completely. Checked the app to see if it was in stock and it said the black color was no longer being sold at this store. Called today to see if they were still selling them and the lady I talked to said she would look it up and just hung up on me instead. Never liked Micheals before and now this just makes me never want to shop here again. Really miss Joanns RIP

Decent Michaels location. They had the vinyl I was looking for but they were way overpriced. I do like the fact that they price match items from other websites and competitors but their items should be competitively priced in the first place. Other than that, the selection of different craft items is good. They discount their holiday decor fairly.

The young lady that checked me out was very sweet. Unfortunately I don't remember her name. They didn't have what I needed although the website said they had 3 in stock at the store. 🤨

Private Equity is killing Michaels. Self-checkout now in place and system is slow and cumbersome (always pushing for personal info or to sell you a credit card), and you end up needing store rep to finish checkout because thr system is not refined. I will stick with Hobby Lobby and their customer service for now.
