The room was very dirty, the whole building had a weird odor. The manager on duty was very nice and helpful, however I could not bring myself to sleep there. The bed was not a full queen as advertised. The blanket on the bed had what appeared to be food on it. I stepped on a piece of dog food in our room and we didn’t bring our dogs so I thought that was odd. Location and service were nice, but we left 10 minutes after checking in. We will not be back.

The Manager Mike is an awesome guy! The whole staff is friendly and helpful. If you have any problems they do what they can to solve them. I very much enjoy my stay. Been here for over 5 months.

This hotel was a backup hotel at 9 o'clock at night. Because my original hotel double booked me and I was out of options. Jesse was awesome. I'm traveling solo for work and he even called as soon as I got to my room to make sure that I made it up. I stayed two nights. No concerns. Everything was great. I would stay again.

Attempted to get a refund due to several reasons but the main reason is because the hotel was not clean, had bugs and roaches and a hole in the wall where I was able to see through to the room next to me. Left right after checking in. It was disgusting.

Front desk attendant is very rude and under staffed. First room, they put me in the AC didn’t work. Second room, they put me in had more than 3 cockroaches. Also, the bed was very dirty, Pillowcases had stains on them. This place is known for not giving refunds after booking and telling them about their problems. Would not recommend staying here and will not ever be returning.

We stayed here a couple of times when we were working up in Bellevue. It has a full sized fridge, there are cupboards, and it has a stove top along with a microwave. There were 2 bugs i seen that looked funny. One in the bathtub and one in the bedroom area. It didn't bother me too much as they were small, but than on our last night there, I seen a roach in one of the cupboards which did bother me. If it hadn't been for the bugs, the place would be a great.

My husband stayed there this week. This morning he found 3 cockroaches in his room. I called the front desk, for him, this afternoon. They apologized and thanked me for telling them, but would not give a refund of any kind. 10/10 do not recommend!

My fiancé were in 128. We got bit up really bad from spiders. The hotel determined that there wasn't anything they could do about it. My fiancé lifted up his shirt to show them the spider bites and they still didn't give us anything. There was also crumbs in the bed
