Customer service is a joke when you need to cancel an order. Order on line and it immediately turns your order to a delivery order even though that's not what you want or need. Pathetic. Then when you try to cancel the order you get all kinds of excuses. It's already being processed, etc., but they explicitly state you have the ability to cancel the order if it's within 30 minutes of the order being placed. That is a lie.

I was very disappointed when going in to take care of a UPS return shipping. (Lisa) the store manager was very rude and had an attitude. When I told her that Amazon can only send a return label to a email and not get any email back, as she was trying to tell me to go to the self serving table. I told her it would not work. That’s not how Amazon emails work. I asked can I please send it to the computer work email, she then went to tell me “ I HAVE TO MUCH WORK TO DO, TO HELP YOU…. Very rude, she needs to relearn her people skills and learn how to communicate to others. BAH HUMBUG Date and Time: December 14th 2024 12:30PM
