Extremely disappointed with this company and would recommend avoiding them at all costs. We’ve had multiple leaks with our hot tub and the service has been slow and unreliable. The first warranty claim took over two months to get resolved, and now we’re dealing with another leak, right as our warranty is about to expire, and we can’t get anyone to answer the phone or reply to their text messages. When someone finally did come out previously, they damaged the hot tub further and left it in terrible condition, not even putting it fully back together. Tyler (the service manager) had promised us he would make things right after that service visit and we have not gotten that settled. For the amount of money we spent, the quality and customer service have been unacceptable. Would not recommend.

Terrible place to do business with. Irresponsible and won’t answer phone calls or fix the problem, created by dumb delivery person. Neighbor ended up with new tub and I with lawn repair and mess, after their delivery guys decided to drive on the lawn after rainy days and snow. I’ll try to post this pictures on every social media, so people don’t have to go through issues like mine. I did try to solve it with company since end of February, but they did nothing.

We have nothing but great things to say about our experiences with Supreme Spa & Pool! We purchased our Hot Springs Grandee saltwater spa in January and have enjoyed it so much as a family. Considering this was our first purchase of a spa, Chris was very patient, knowledgeable, and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. The initial calibration of the chemicals was a bit of a challenge, but once we had that completed with the assistance of the staff testing our water samples, maintenance of the spa has since then been a breeze. We would highly recommend Chris and Supreme Spa & Pool!

We purchased a spa here last summer. It had damaged fountain jet and they kept ordering the wrong part. After the last time out they just stopped responding to our calls to see if the right part came in. We tried calling, texting, and sent an email but no reply. I honestly don't know how they stay in business. We drove from Omaha to Lincoln to try to talk to someone but we were met by a very rude man running the store who said our only option was to go back home and email them if we wanted a reply. We did email but still no one ever got back to us. Always remember to see how they stand behind their products before you review their services.

Update on resolution: after posting this review my situation was immediately addressed and rectified. Breach of contract, no communication with the customer, we have paid in full and not received our products. We signed a contract with your company in April 2024 and have received all products except the pool cover, which was clearly included in our agreement. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, the issue remains unaddressed. My husband, whose name the account is listed under, has visited your location six times and contacted management on two separate occasions—both without resolution. We were originally told the cover would be ordered in Fall 2024, which did not occur. We are now being told covers are only ordered in the fall, requiring us to wait yet again. This is unacceptable. This ongoing delay and failure to fulfill the terms of the contract constitutes a clear breach of contract. I have since sent an email through your "contact us page" on your website. I have since sent an email to the email address listed on your website.

The team at Supreme Spa & Pool has been great since purchasing a new hot tub from them. Chris is a phenomenal sales specialist, very attentive and never pushy, as we were in multiple times to look at hot tubs before deciding to purchase. We had to move the delivery around a few times due to weather, and the team was more than accommodating to our schedule. After delivery we had an issue powering on the hot tub. The service manager AJ was great at getting a technician out that same day and got the issue fixed so we could enjoy our new hot tub. AJ followed up with me the following day to make sure that everything was working as intended. It was very nice to see this level of customer service in the form of a follow up call.

We are newby hot tub owners...Chris Hallauer did a wonderful job educating my wife Tracy and me. After install I had some questions (newby operator error) and Chris walked me through it and had one of their service technicians (that gentleman was also first-rate) come out just to reassure us. You could not make a better choice if you're in the market for a pool or hot tub!

The purchase and installation process was great. When I've had to have things fixed on my hot tub after it was delivered, getting helpful response was a challenge. I put in multiple calls and talked to the service department several times, only to finally be told that there was no record of the service request. It sounds like there have been some changes in their service department, so hopefully this improves
