Robert new store manager is refusing UPS packages that people paid for to arrive at the Michael Store.They should be more careful as to whom they decide to hire as managers, kinda felt like they were willing to hire anyone as a manager even if that manager isn't the brightest or has much common sense. There is no protocol or rule or anything in regards to why Robert denied my UPS package. Robert simply decided he didn't want to accept those kinds of packages anymore which isn't allowed to do. He cannot just refuse a package because he chose to not want to take it. He was hired as a manager so he should be able to work under pressure and work with people who are upset and I felt that because 1 person got upset over their package he then started to refuse everyone else's package who were similar to the one someone was upset about again as a manager he should have been able to handle a tough or upset customer with ease instead he chose to start refusing everyone's package. please do better Michael and hire managers who can critically think and have common sense.

Very bad costumer service from the lady with short hair up front, came in to get a gift for my mother and left shaken up due to the rudeness from a worker. I Was signing up for a membership and everything was going well when the “team member is on the way popped up” assuming it was just clarification she needed to do on her end. She asked me passively if i was having trouble and I kindly said no it just said that you were on the way over. She then repeats her self saying “so you’re having trouble” in a semi rude way. I was kinda shocked and taken back being spoken to like that when I was nothing but respectful. I then said “uh no I signed up for a membership and it said you were on the way” she didn’t say anything and walked away. Safe to say I canceled signing up and if need to go to Micheal’s I won’t be going to that one.

Mielita is great at the job, especially with balloon arrangements! She should consider being a front in manager. Very friendly, always smiling, and my little one is always thrilled to see her when we come to shop for crafts.

The employees were EXTREMELY nice and helpful. However,it was a little difficult to find things. It would be great if there were signs in the aisles for each product type. Wide selection of beautiful flowers.

I needed Mod Podge for a project, but it was getting late. I hurried to Michael's and arrived as they were getting ready to close. It was 8:59 pm and their closing time was 9:00. Nevertheless, the clerk kindly opened the door, guided me to the Mod Podge, and explained the varieties. She was not upset that I interrupted their closing routine -- good customer service!

Never have I been so taken and immediately disappointed in a store. Went to check out and the clerk, Sylvia, was actively ignoring two other customers. I had to say excuse me 3 times to get her attention as she was stacking boxes. She seemed irritated that I was even asking for help. And after all that, I found that that items which were clearly marked a certain price on the shelves, were not actually discounted. I gave up and went to Walmart instead. Thanks Michael's.

Unfortunately this store is not family-friendly. My mom friend and I were kicked out of the store because her 1-year old baby made a loud noise. Instead of confronting us with compassion, an employee named Harmon, who identified herself as the manager, yelled at us and said the baby was giving her a headache.
