My husband and I live near Lincoln, Ne. After living in our 1960’s era, two story cape-cod for 20 years, my husband and I decided to replace the dark-wood trim and doors with a lighter stained oak. We replaced the hollow wooden doors with solid paneled oak. We also replaced the stairway to compliment the new look. Since we had already used Nates Custom Renovations on a previous home project, we were confident they were the right company for this job. After meeting with us to discuss our ideas Nate and his crew soon went to work. The quality of the materials and the workmanship was superb. They were creative, clean and professional. My husband and were thrilled with the results. We highly recommend Nate and his team for any remodeling project!

We recently worked with Nate’s Custom Renovations on our kitchen remodel, and we couldn’t be happier! From the start, Nate and his team helped us bring our ideas to life and guided us through the design process so we could create the kitchen we truly wanted. As with any remodel, a few challenges came up, but they were handled quickly and professionally. A special shout-out to Hawley, our project lead carpenter—he communicated with us every step of the way, was always a pleasure to work with, and made the entire process so much smoother. Nate and his entire crew were great to work with and the results speak for themselves. They were able to adapt to our crazy ideas, last minute surprises, and helped hone our vision throughout the project. We felt like the primaries were our roommates because we spent so much time with them. We've also never had a contractor take such good care of our house with great flooring protection and air filtering. For how deep they gutted the plaster walls, the dust was amazingly minimal. Definitely give them a call for any remodel.

Nate’s remodeled our basement a couple years ago on the back end of Covid. His crew is amazing to work with. There was no lack of communication during the entire process. They made it seamless even with all the back orders and holds during that time. Jim custom built our bar top, bar cabinets, and mantel. We will be using them again for sure.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with the completed work of our kitchen and living space. Our house was built in 2000, and we wanted to update our kitchen and extend the existing kitchen wood floor into the living room, which was carpeted. We contacted Nate’s by e-mail. Within two days we had set up a date to meet. The initial meeting was “wow!” We were impressed with the professionalism, the care for the details of what we wanted, and the reasonableness in timing. After several meetings with details, we agreed to contract Nate’s to begin construction. We needed an early August date for completion and Nate was determined to make that happen. Construction began on July 1. We were amazed at the professionalism of each of the subcontractors. Their work was “over the top?” They were at the site when they said they would be. The site manager Jereme ensured that every aspect was attended to with timeliness and perfection. He was a “symphony” conductor to ensure that every item was done in a way that someone was working every day on a project. In addition, we appreciated Kelly for her expertise in design and attention to detail. The work was completed on time, and exceptional attention was paid to work and detail.
