Our Zerorez technician was AMAZING. He explained all of the services thoroughly, as well as, gave his own recommendations without the pressure to "upgrade services" as some other companies do. The carpets are cleaner now than when my daughter moved in to her apartment. I've never been more satisfied or impressed with any service I have ever hired!!

The tech arrived when he said he would, was very polite and friendly. He took precautions to protect the walls and furniture from the hose coming into the home and up the stairs for the carpet cleaning. The carpets looked great when done and dried quickly that evening. I will hire them again!

Wonderful service from Zerorez very polite. Explained everything we needed to know and was very detailed in cleaning of the area rug loveseat, which was extremely dirty and the dryer duct cent were cleaned. I would highly highly recommend Zerorez for anyone who needs a quality job done well. The service rep deserves a raise!!! Loveseat before and after pictures included.

We had a disaster that involved a dog and needed them asap. They came with in the hour. Although we had most of it cleaned we needed a deep cleaning!! It looked fantastic and the two gentlemen that did the work were very helpful and informative!! Felt very comfortable with them in my home even though I had to leave!! I think his name was Luca. The photo is of one of the areas I was very concerned about and looks great!
