These guys know how to build a vinyl-liner pool. This is the third pool we have built and by far the best. Recreation Wholesale has a highly skilled team, up-to-date technology, solid operation systems, years of experience, and a commitment to providing a solid, high-quality product. We purchased a jacuzzi tub from Recreation Wholesale and have been extremely satisfied from the salesman Ron giving us a tour of and explaining the different types and features of hot tubs, letting us look and even letting us try the hot tub before we purchased. Drew and Noah, the two guys who delivered the hot tub where a great team together bringing it in and getting the tub filled and all hooked up and ready, put the starter chemicals and answered our questions, very kind and polite. Last but not least, we can’t say enough how thankful we are for Kandi, the lady who manages the office and customer satisfaction. Being new to owning a hot tub, we called and texted A LOT with questions about chemicals for the fist several weeks and she has been in so incredibly nice explaining what we need to do and helping us get on track to keep everything working as it should. We looked at other places for hot tubs and they were nice too, but we are completely satisfied with our choice to purchase a jacuzzi hot tub through Recreation Wholesale. We just had our above ground pool installed. We are so pleased with the whole experience, from the showroom to the installation, the absolute best customer service, Lisa the scheduler, is phenomenal, and Danny and the crew for our pool install, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I wish we could give them 10 stars!!

We bought our hot tub from Recreation Wholesale and had such a great experience that we came back later to get a pool - and we're so glad we did. Both times, the install and service were fantastic, the staff was helpful and knowledgeable, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. They really take care of their customers and make sure you get exactly what you need. Recreation Wholesale is an excellent company all around - highly recommend!

What a great experience we had with Recreation Wholesale on our recent pool project! Ron and John on the sales team were great to work with from my first blind call into them… to their site visit to help me brainstorm ideas on replacing my 25 year old pool that sits on a hillside!! And a huge shoutout to Lisa! She’s the one that managed the project while at the same time working around all the crazy weather we’ve had in the KC area this spring! Her communication and customer communication skills are outstanding!! Ryan and Tae (the installers) were professionals who did a great job on the day of install!! At my stage of life my preference is for predictability, reliability, professionalism, and communication….the recreation wholesale team delivered!! To the owners I say “pay them more, they did great representing you!!” To them, I say thank you for the great experience and stop by anytime! Thank you all!!

What a great experience we've had with Recreation Wholesale! From Ron in the planning stages, to the guys here everyday doing the building, to the lovely office staff who answer every email. They've provided opening/closing services as we were new and still learning. We've had a great experience and would recommend them!

I bought the J-475 tub about 5 months before I could have it installed since my house wasn't due to be complete until Late September 2021. it was due to come in in June but actually got to the warehouse in early Sept-2021. The office staff was very professional and supportive of my inquiries during this process. The delivery crew showed up as a 2 man team, I thought they would be severely undermanned to get the Jacuzzi moved in and set up. Boy was i wrong! These guys have a slick process for moving these large 6 people tubs around. I watched as they took care with removing all the shipping material. I was definitely shocked at how easy they made it look, though i know it was heavy. They got the tub positioned were i wanted it. They then hooked up the 60AMP power circuit pigtail that i had had installed per instructions from the sales office. Once connected, they began to put the finishing touches, side, cover etc...while it began to fill with water. They did an excellent job! Once i began using my tub, i felt i was chasing the chemical levels back and forth so i stopped in the store to inquire. The staff was AWESOME and guided me through the proper concerns for the tub i purchased. This is my first jacuzzi tub and i definitely got great service for my money! I use the tub almost nightly, so thank you! I recommend this company!
