I’m writing this review a week after my event because I recently found my receipt in the car. I asked for 4 balloon bouquets & paid $81.71. I went over in full detail how I wanted the bouquets. None of the balloons were supposed to be separate or assorted “individually”. I simply asked for four bouquets to be placed on four of my daughter’s graduation party tables. I was VERY disappointed at pick up that I did not receive what I paid for and would like the store Manager to call me. I respectively feel as though I should receive at the minimum 1/2 of my money back since what I paid for was not provided. I do not suggest ordering balloons from this Michael’s location if you have an important event.

This location I had four wonderful people helping me tonight Joe, the cashier Sydney, and another young redhead. And what appeared to be their manager, a gentleman that was a little older than them. They helped me with product knowledge on something I’ve never used before, and we’re very creative and helping me think of ways to display merchandise in my own store. Great store !!! Great employees !!

Employees are super nice and helpful. I don't go to Michael's very often because I find them to be more expensive than HL and JC, but they were the only ones who had what I was looking for. The store layout seems to be similar to other stores I had been in so that made it easier to find things. The store was clean and well stocked, and again - the employees were all so nice and helpful. We had a great experience here and will be back again now that JC is closing.

This location is close to me so I shop here often. I do like the coupons and vouchers, but when I order stuff online it takes forever for someone to text/email me telling me my order is ready. I submitted an online before 4pm today (7/29/25) and never got an email or text telling me if it was ready. I was checking both my texts and email. 5 hours and nothing, now the store is closed and I'll have to wait for them to text me tomorrow. I used the voucher I had for an online purchase because I could use the coupon several times on their app instead of once in person. I just wish I would have been alerted it was going to take so long. The store is always clean including the restrooms, and when you need help there's always someone there to help. Not too fond that its all self checkout now. Plus the price hikes suck. Makes me miss Joann's cause they carried more Tim Holtz, Bo Bunny, and Hero Arts products.

This review isn’t for the store, but rather for employee Chayil. Its a busy time for retailers this time of year, and she was a breath of fresh air. I came early to pick up my online order, and she was so pleasant about it. Very helpful, and even when she was helping me out, she still continued to greet customers and say good bye and thank them as they were leaving. This is so rare these days- she definitely deserves recognition. If she isn’t in management, she definitely should be.
