Dawn O’Connor from WWE is a pro and took her time and patience with me to learn about hinges and to select the right ones for my DIY project. Big shout out to Dawn! Also WWE has a great selection and the best prices! I am replacing my kitchen cabinets myself to save $15,000 so I only ordered three sets of refacing until I got it right. I got the three installed and now I’m ordering for the rest of the kitchen. Who knew hinges were so complex?

Ordered a simple hook for Xmas. Backordered. Delayed.3 months. By the time they could send the item my CC expired. Customer Service then sends me a rude email demanding a new payment payment in 5 days. This place is a joke. I would avoid and shop elsewhere.

Their products may be cheap but their products are not all as advertised. Then you are stuck having to pay to have it shipped back. I am very disappointed with this company. Make sure you you know what you are getting.

I received a defected shelf from this merchant. I reached out to customer support. Rather than work with me to find a solution, I received a curt reply: "We are unable to provide with a return." No apology for the defective shelf. No offer of a coupon or another creative way to make it right. I'm deeply disappointed and recommend you avoid shopping from this merchant.

Just installed the power supply and daisy chained to 4 locks in a cabinet. It was tricky to insert the plug wires but I finally got it. Now I don't ever have to disassemble the cabinet to replace the batteries . What a relief. Question - must I leave the batteries in the individual lock units?

Received order very quickly but of end of the boards weren’t even in a box, just wrapped in tape. Luckily those ends should be trimmed off
