I needed 2 very specific craft items but couldn't find anyone to answer questions for me. Lots and lots of similar children's coloring materials by the same manufacturer. They used to be more unique but still OK place for crafter, I guess.

First time at this store; last time at this store. They are worthless. Customer service does not exist in this establishment. Two employees being hateful to each other trying to decide who will wait on me is ridiculous and just plain ignorant. Don't waste your time.

I was able to run in and grab what I needed. The staff was great. They helped me with the flowers and rose petals I needed to make the event that I had to decorate successful.

The store was clean and had a great selection. There was no one at the cutting station so I had to ring the bell but a sales associate came pretty quickly. However, the price she told me for the fabric was different than the one listed on the shelf. She did correct it when I showed her. Also, I was there before closing and a full 15 minutes before they closed, the turned most of the lights off in the store. I thought that was pretty rude. It’s one thing to make an announcement that you will be closing and to take your purchases to the front. It’s another thing to make it so dark that you can’t really see the merchandise in the store. It seemed to me that the girls working there wanted tot be gone by 9:00 instead of closing the store at 9:00. Also, last week I ordered some fabric from the Lees Summit location for pickup. I picked up the order on the day I ordered it and I continued to get notifications for almost a whole week that my order was ready for pickup. I don’t know if someone forgot to scan in the system to let them know it had been picked up or what but it was pretty annoying to get message after message reminding me to pick up an order I had already picked up.

They had the square 10 inch frames that I needed for my artwork and they had them at an extreme discount! So I'm happy with that. I am not however happy with their colored pencil selection, but that's another story.

These people got the worst customer service ever. Every one of them smell like a carton of Marlboros and cat pee smh Head start hurting to the max. Almost ruined my Valentines Day
