Short version: This was a great place to live. The apartments are spacious, prices are reasonable, staff is helpful, and the amenities are very nice. Longer version: I lived here for a couple years and only left when I bought a house. My apartment (townhome technically) was reasonably clean and in good overall condition when I moved in. I took pictures for reference, but I took good care of it and had no problem getting my full deposit back when I moved out. The full basement was excellent for storage and stayed clean and dry. The office staff is great- Carly and Lexi always were helpful and friendly, and they put on several resident events with things like free coffee, ice cream, etc.! I also ended up subleasing, which is completely transfers your lease over to new people for a fee. It takes all of the risk off of you, which is great. Allison, the leasing manager I believe, was helpful through this process and ensured I received the rent back that I overpaid during the transition process. The pool area, gym, and grounds in general are very nice and well kept! The maintenance crew is also great- they took care of me when my dishwasher broke and any other time I needed anything, which was rare. As long as you're a respectful tenant I can confidently say that you will be well taken care of here as long as the current staff is there. Thanks Bronco Club!

The Bronco Club has it all! Location, fitness center, pool, and hot tub, as well as the pet-friendly environment with a dog park! What you don't and can't see online, is the staff! From the moment you walk in the office, you are welcomed by Lexie and Carly! They are knowledgeable, helpful and most of all FUN! Living at the Bronco Club has been a very pleasant experience. The staff are quick to help with anything needed and always are trying to make this living process easier. Today I lost my keys and Lexi, the best leasing agent someone could ask for, had me a new set within 30 minutes, this is not my first great experience with her and the Bronco Club and certainly won’t be my last!

So i was using my dishwasher one minute the next it stopped working for whatever reason. I quickly placed a work order for someone to come around to fix it and Nick came and stopped by and even taught me a thing or 2 about dishwashers😆 sooo extremely thankful and grateful for his speedy response and educating me about my dishwasher. I placed a second work order this time online and he again immediately showed up to fix the broken handle on my toilet and even checked out the second one as well. So extremely thankful for such a great service for Nick he really is the best. Thank you for all the help and speedy response times!!!
