I had a great experience with Automation Design + Entertainment. From the beginning, Peter (the owner) was incredibly attentive to all of my questions and made sure I felt confident in the process. He was professional, easy to talk to, and even followed up after the work was completed to see if I had any additional questions—which really showed his commitment to customer satisfaction. The crew that came out to do the work was just as impressive: punctual, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. Everything was done efficiently and with great care. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Highly recommend!

Our most recent engagement with Peter and his team involved a consultation on upgrading our audio/ visual technology at Comensoli's Italian Bistro. The resulting suggestions and proposal resulted in a modern and flexible smart TV and displays being installed. The smart televisions have a broad array of uses. We are excited to have the new technology and to have worked with Peter and his very professional team.

So disappointed. We had a consultation with Peter Cook at our rural home 6 weeks ago. As we’re only there one-fourth of the time, we wanted to upgrade and update our security system He was pleasant enough but the prices he quoted off-hand were quite high. When asked if he could itemize the cost of different add-ons, in addition to the basic equipment and services (e.g., additional cameras), he said no, they only sell complete packages, basically telling us “That’s how we do business, take it or leave it.” I thought it was strange for a professional company to be so inflexible but felt that the proposal would clarify things. Still waiting for that proposal, now over 6 weeks later, despite 2 follow-up emails and one conversation with his receptionist.

One of the best service experiences I’ve had. To keep it simple they do exactly what they say they’re going to do. Peter Cook, his team were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. The only thing better would be if I could get them to join the Southwest Michigan First Chamber of Commerce, but I would highly recommend Peter and his team to any friends, family, or community members. Great company and a great owner!

The process of designing, purchasing, installing, and learning how to use my new home theater with Automation Design a+ Entertainment significantly exceeded my expectations! My son has his own contracting business and has established a great reputation in the Southwest Michigan area for design, quality and professionalism over the last ten years. Thanks to Peter's exceptional knowledge and expertise in lighting, automation and entertainment design, we ended up with a significantly superior design and layout to our original plan. He is a wonderful man and immediately makes you feel at ease. I always felt comfortable asking questions and with the level of information and explanation I received. All of the technicians that came to the house for the installation were professional and courteous. They made sure to go the extra mile to make sure I felt comfortable with the technology. Nicole who manages the scheduling and communicates with the customer, keeps the project on schedule better than anyone I've ever witnessed. That's really saying something, because I managed a group of high performing project managers, managing multi-million dollar projects at Pfizer. I am so thankful we had the opportunity to collaborate with Peter and his invaluable team to bring this project/dream to fruition! I couldn't be happier with the work Automation-Design+Entertainment did in my father’s home! He wanted to modernize his outdated audio system and add a couple of new TVs, and they exceeded all expectations. They expertly integrated Sonos throughout his entire house, making it incredibly easy to control and enjoy music everywhere using multiple music services. The TV installations were flawless, and the Sonos soundbar in my dad’s living room delivers amazing sound. The team was punctual, courteous, and clearly experts in their field. They took the time to explain everything and ensure he was completely satisfied. Do yourself a favor and look no further! I've been a self employed professional builder and designer for many years now and have never experienced a more caring, talented and first class kind of outfit as AD+E. The communication, vision, integration and overall delivery on what my clients "dream spaces" are have made me an ambassador for this company in so many ways. I deal with many different sub-contractors on a daily basis but when it comes to my now friends at AD+E these guys add the magic and user friendly capability that puts all of my projects on the next level. if you can dream it they can do it.
