We purchased a couch from the Ms. B's section of the store and it was discounted because it was a couch from a different store. On our FIRST delivery date we got a phone call stating the driver didn't show up and we would have to reschedule. Ok, fine, they refunded our delivery fee because our item wasn't delivered on the date it was supposed to be. Today (8/2) was our rescheduled date, an additional 5 days out from our original date. Lo and behold, we receive another phone call stating the driver didn't show up again and would have to reschedule. At this point, we just canceled our full order. I was always told to go to them because of the furniture pricing. No one ever said their delivery time is crap. I feel like we were put on the back burner because our couch was discounted. Never going there again. Apparently the couches are returns from customers and/or sent from other stores and that's why they're discounted so heavily. We were so excited for the couch too we cleared out the living room for it 😞 we even threw out our old couch the day of our original delivery and now we have no couch to sit on.

The pick up experience went well. The back of the chair will not sit upright so may not be installed correctly. Do you have staff that can assist with minor assembly either remotely or in person? The couple who helped me are in their 80s and I’m 60. Thank you.

Stephanie demonstrated an impressive level of expertise regarding the dryer I was interested in. Despite feeling overwhelmed by the array of choices available, she efficiently guided me towards a suitable alternative when the initial option was unavailable. The replacement dryer, although a different color, met my needs perfectly and was delivered promptly the following day. Furthermore, the delivery team, led by Justin, was punctual and conducted themselves with utmost professionalism. Their seamless installation process and friendly demeanor made the entire experience a positive one. I am truly grateful for the exceptional service provided.

We decided to purchase 4 appliances from the scratch and dent section of NFM. All have warranties. (Thank GOD.) Set up delivery- sales man was amazing! Articulately stated that our old fridge was to be "moved down to our garage so we could use it as a drink fridge." Delivery day came and the men that delivered our appliances scratched our hard wood floors, stripped out two screws on top of our fridge causing the doors to touch at the top and gap at the bottom, and dented/scraped our walls all the way upstairs. Fast forward to now and what was a fridge at scratch and dent that was labeled "freezer didn't work. fixed" now (you guessed it!) has a freezer that doesn't work and a complete lack of circulation due to ice being built up on the back of it. Disappointed but not surprised. Thankfully we were refunded (by the 3rd party delivery company) but the delivery people also stole our old fridge and it took about 2 weeks of pulling teeth with NFM to get anyone to form a resolution of any kind. (The notes clearly stated to move it to the garage.) We were called the morning of delivery and they let us know "Your microwave was dropped and shattered. You'll be refunded." No other solution was given other than $75 off a new one. Awesome! The stove we received was great! Great deal. Clearly it was never turned on- the burners are completely off kilter somehow? I called this morning and after being asked "what can I help you with" I was either cut off or hung up on after trying to explain that our fridge was throwing "high temp detected" errors and everything in our fridge needed to be thrown away because it's not staying cold. Fridge was fixed by an amazing employee at frigidaire who informed me that not only was nothing done about the “freezer not working” note (when someone returned it), they didn’t even look at the defrost bar to notice that it wasn’t plugged in correctly and the fact that is was broken. The ONLY good experiences we have had with NFM are in-store with sales associates. The customer service department needs completely reevaluated. I am still in complete disbelief that we have been treated this horribly.

From their insurance to delivery and installation, "The Mart" has woefully let me down. Paid to have a bedroom set put together with existing Sleep Number Bed. Installation guys refused to put it together. They couldn't leave fast enough. Now I have a bedroom of parts I get to wait for them to come take away. Sales personnel will tell you one thing but "The Mart's" policies, delivery guys, and customer service will tell you another. Here's the deal folks. You're a number to these people. Continuing to buy from them equates to rewarding shitty behavior and a lack of customer service. I'm unhappy, spent thousands, waited 4 months on the items, and as you can clearly see in the pictures, nothing is or was put together. I guarantee my issue will NOT be resolved to what a reasonable person would believe it should and could.

Went to look for a wireless repeater. The salesman (who I forgot to ask his name) steered me away from the product I was considering because of its lack of quality. He recommended another Mesh wifi system I had previous experience with. He was also able to order an accessory for my riding lawn mower and check me out right where we stood. It was amazing. Thank you for the great experience!

These people do NOT care about their customers! Like at all on 2/27 I went to Mrs B’s to purchase a washer and dryer. I found one and spoke with the salesman about it. He did disclose it was on clearance because it had a leaked it was returned & fixed and ready to go. I paid $1,832.99! And I asked him was he absolutely fixed and he said YES. Fast forward 5 days later it gets delivered. The installer was super nice. About 15 minutes later my kitchen, dining room & parts of my living room completely covered in water. I’m absolutely devastated. I called the main number and the guy said someone would be reaching out to me. I don’t understand how this isn’t an emergency situation. Why am I waiting on a phone ? Why is the is not being handled? I will never do business with these people again!!!!!

NFM never fails me. The furniture is beautiful and was delivered on time. I have to give a shout out to my sales lady Paula at the Omaha branch. She’s great!! Also, I must express that my delivery guys were very respectful, sweet, and professional. Thank you!!
