Everything I wanted to possibly purchase was locked in a case or locked on the shelf. How can I check out products if I can't see them?! Left without buying and will never return.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience today by Jacob and Hunter who were beyond rude and lacked any kind of customer service that they could mustard. I would have understood if I had been rude, swearing or abusive but that was not the case, not even a little bit.

We went to buy sink parts and some other household items and went to checkout. I don’t carry cash nor do I carry my cards with me. I usually pay with Applepay since all my cards are on my phone . I tapped my Visa card first and it kept relaying message “card error so I told the cashier what was the matter with his card reader… no reply blank stare ignorant so I said here let me use my actual bank card and got the same error message This guy jus standing there blank stare looking like he really can care less about anything .luckily my husband had cash so I said you need to put an out of order paper on that card reader and he said they don’t pay me enough to do all that … with that kind of attitude and bad customer service skills in this particular moment he should find another job he enjoys!!
