Servpro is an exceptional company! We discovered on a Sunday that our basement had flooded, and they were out within a couple hours and worked until 10:40pm. The crew was friendly and hard working. The communication was excellent. They would text updates while I was at work to let me know where they were in the clean up process. If I ever had a question, I could text one of the team members and they would reply immediately. I would highly recommend Servpro if you ever need this type of service!! Thank you SO MUCH to the team that took care of our damage-Matt, Kyle, Vanessa, Tyler and Chris!

I am the property coordinator for a property in Elkhorn. We had water intrusion in the basement and black mold. I first contacted another company, and was very disappointed with the service we received. The following week I contacted Servpro. I was immediately contacted and they put me in contact with Jared, the PM. He was professional, responsive, PATIENT, knowledgeable and thorough. He kept me updated in a timely manner.
