Everything went exactly as promised. Dan and assistant came out and prepped for 2.5 days. Holley keeps you in constant progress update status. Project from start to finish lasted 16 days. I can’t believe how good the cabinets look. I examined for 2 hours with a magnifying glass and found nothing wrong. Dan was always punctual and professional. He called the one day that he was running late. Couldn’t ask for better customer service than KR extended us. Kelly the owner meets you at ur house and gives you the proposal. He is not high pressure in any way. Said if interested call office and set up consultation. We got about 6 proposals from different companies and KR was not the cheapest but I felt comfortable with Kelly and his team delivered big time. Next time I need cabinets updated I’m only making 1 call. Thank you KR

Very happy with the result! Our house was built in 1989 and cabinets were original oak so it was time to modernize. We were extremely impressed with Kelly and how he explained his processes, talked us through our options, etc. Holley in the office was always super friendly and the crews that did the work were incredible. Rex and Matt handled "construction" taking measurements, installing the doors, new drawer boxes, and drawer fronts. James was our painter. Can't say enough good about them all. I'm sharing a few photos of the process and the end result, including a closeup to show the detail of the work. Again, very happy with the result and would recommend Kitchens Redefined to anyone.

This was my first time hiring a contractor to perform a major home update. I must say I was impressed from start to finish. Most importantly---communication! There's nothing worse than incorrect or lacking detail. In this case they covered that concern with ease. I could always count on a response within an hour or worse case up to four hours. The process KR utilizes to guide one through the choice decisions made the updating process engaging and helpful. The quality of work was superb and they ensure a final independent inspection is performed. I most definitely recommend Kitchens Redefined for your next home kitchen update!
