I had a very odd order with them. I came in wanting a single board of maple for the purpose of making my friend a ring box to propose to his fiancé. I have nothing but good things to say about IWP in Omaha! I am a hardwood flooring contractor and of course have many requests for pricing and product info. They are always happy to do it and timely in getting quotes to me. The wood flooring, treads, nosings and vents have all been quality products. My rep is almost always available with a phone call or text and he lets me know who to contact when he isn’t available. Doing business with them is easy and they are a great resource. The delivery service to me hours away from Omaha is one of the best, very dependable.

Told us we should come in before 4 pm. They are open 8-5 mon-fri. My husband explained that he had to work and this was the earliest he could get there. When he went to the warehouse to pick the wood, one of the workers came in and asked the receptionist if they had to help my husband. Then she said something along the lines of "some people actually trust us to pick out good boards." If they do not want the general public in there, they should say so. Their website states they are open to the public in addition to contractor's. I really hope we don't need anymore wood for our project, I really do not want to go through again.
