Can someone please get the hours to peacekeeper correct online!?!?! Such a simple thing. How many people must go there to find out it's closed. And this is nothing new.

I shop at the BX, Commissary & Class 6 store, all of which are run well & represent a savings for my dollar. The base support staff are professional, courteous, respectful & very security conscious; all reflective of duty conscious & dedicated commanders, supervisors & excellence in training. NO WHERE is there a sign that says that on Thursday’s they only take active duty and appointment only to update an expired ID card. We sat there for 45 minutes after we had checked in, and we were THE ONLY PEOPLE in the waiting room. They refused to see us and no one told us of their “rule” until after we had been sitting there alone with our kids for 45 minutes. Very unprofessional and disrespectful if we were the only ones there.

Can have long waits. Definitely make an appointment or come on Saturdays when they are open. Staff is helpful and do a good job.
