In and out in less than 10 minutes. Sales guy pulled up the boxed dimensions of the bookcase I spotted online and came to see in store to ensure it would fit in my vehicle. All of the floor associates are always genuinely approachable and friendly, they seem to be hired specifically for their people centered personalities. My family and I always enjoy shopping or just browsing at NFM.

Warning! Do not let them put your item together! I’m going to give them a call but I would rather pay my 11 year old son to build the item. Completely damaged. Missing screws, scratch up, and put the entire section on backwards. I have to rebuild it to fix the issues.

I've unfortunately had two upsetting experiences with NFM. First table was bought from clearance- was told all that was wrong with it was a small chip underneath the table top. When we got the table home and took it out of the box, there were missing pieces, a huge gash that was not there before hand, pieces of the table top chipping off, and a bolt that was so bent the table wouldn't go together. Took this table back and got store credit which we used to buy a second table. This table unfortunately was also broken. Opened the box when we got home and the wood was completely split in two. The only bright spot through all of the is the customer service has been great. Getting another table delivered Friday.... hoping for a better experience for table #3.

Bought an LG washer and Dryer set. My Salesperson Trevor G. was helpful, pleasant and professional. Item arrived and were installed quickly. My only issue was with the install. The dryer door opening was on the wrong side and needed to be switched. Installers never asked or mentioned it before they left. Had to switch it myself. Wasn’t the easiest task. Other than that I am happy with my purchase

We bought a dryer online and received great customer service. Delivery was punctual and the guys were very friendly, polite and made sure that everything was working properly before they left. In and out in 20 minutes. Would give them 10 stars of we could!!

We had entire flooring replaced both hard surfaces and carpet. Both crews (hard surfaces Dan and D J; carpet didn’t get names) did an outstanding job and very pleased with outcome. Both crews were on time, courteous, and did great job with install and making sure we were satisfied with finished product before leaving. Appreciate all their hard work. Very pleased!!! Also very pleased with sales staff and with scheduling service. All were great!!

The store has good furniture and appliances at a fair price. The customer service is lacking. Too many times I’ve come to the store and had to hunt for a salesperson! This time I didn’t but I had a problem with customer service concerning my delivery. A piece was broken and the driver offered to return to the store for a new one. His supervisor refused. I was placed on deferred delivery. Had to complain to get her to agree to have it delivered later on the same day. It’s always something with this store. Never a good experience!
