Was in the neighborhood so I stopped by as I heard they had a huge selection of wood. Employee rushed me out right on closing time so I didnt buy anything and won't be driving 1.5 hours to come back for wood. I'll stick with Woodcraft and Rockler for all my needs. Lack of customer service here. Couldn't wait 5 mins for me to get anything. Don't like staying a little extra for a customer who was already in the store then find a new job

I was attempting to shop here and drive 59 miles and a wreck Happened I called a said I would be arriving like 2 min before store closes I apologize there has been a bad accident. He said, “miss we closed 15 min and no way you can shop today.” “I begged oh please sir I cannot go home without it for my son and he just lost his dad. I will pay cash it card.” He hung up on me !!

The owner helped personally. Even though I only wanted 1 piece of wood, he acted like he had all the time in the world to help me and truly seemed to want to make me happy. I wasn't ready to buy, but he put the piece in back and said he'd be happy to hold it a few weeks, no payment or pushiness. The piece I wanted (10' x 14" x 2" ambrosia maple) cost just under $100. I'd seen similar wood for hundreds of dollars online. This store is a great find.
