Trust. One thing that causes me anxiety when dealing with folks providing a service is feeling like I was treated fairly. Jeff and I were not in agreement of what was said during our estimate session. It turns out it was because I was not clearly articulating our conversation properly. Despite this, Jeff made good on what I said he promised. I realized my mistake afterwards and tried to rectify it. However, Jeff said we were good with what we had because he wanted to keep his word to me. I left there feeling that I got good service and a fair deal. Will definitely use again for upholstery needs.

Needed a seat made for my child’s toy pedal plane. They knocked it out of the park. We talked about different materials, colors and finished look. I told them it had to be black with red stitching. We agreed on a price and they killed it. Very impressed with the entire process and the stitching and pattern they chose.

They fixed one of my heavy-duty large breed dog collars. Not only did they fix it immediately, but they fixed it for free. It only took 2 minutes of his time to do the stitching but felt it was still worth compensation. Since they wouldn't except payment I can only do the next best thing and give them this awesome review. They were friendly, welcoming and courteous along with having a very family feeling. They remembered me calling and asking about fixing my collar. Can't go wrong here! Super stoked to have found them and have someone to repair my dog collars.

The Gladstone Auto Trim team has been working on our patrol cars for small repairs (especially to the seats lol) and even did some factory perforated leather replacement on my truck seats and they have always done an awesome job at an affordable rate. Highly recommend!

Had a small tear in my new truck seat i wanted a estimate on fixing. Have to bring it in. Its 2020. Everyone has camera phones now. How easy it would be to get an estimate that way. Maybe there is not enough competition to think of customers first. Wish i had that luxury. I have to fight for all of my customers to make sure they are happy. At some point my time cost more than your repair.

Was quoted a "minimum" hourly price due to the common practice in the service industry of " it really isn't worth my time so I'll have to charge you a full hour" mentality. To be fair that's common anymore in repair shops. I ended up taking my car to a competitor and they not only did the side that needed fixed but BOTH sides for a fraction of the price this place was going to charge me for just one. Like a third of the price cheaper and the other shop threw in the other side too at no extra cost! Because of the other shop's honesty and willingness to do the job for a fair price, I'm ordering my new top through them now. I'm giving only 3 stars cause I felt like this shoo didn't really care whether I did business there or not. Like maybe I was wasting their time, and the other shop made me feel the exact opposite. Hopefully this was just a one time deal and I caught them on a busy/bad day or something.

I took my Volvo Xc 90 for a headliner replacement and they did a good job not as good as I was imagining because they couldn’t replace the sunroof but that’s ok. I’m giving this business 3 starts because the don’t clean their messes after a job, I found glue everywhere in my car as well as leaves they should at least pay attention to those details if they want to be professional. I had to vacuum my car and spend time trying to take the glue off the seats and others areas.
