Very disappointed with the product I received. The item took two weeks to ship and when it came it did NOT look like the product advertised. I ordered Gaboon Ebony and I received this

Product provided arrived damaged and was not at all as advertised. I bought Plywood. That is what is advertised and what I paid for. What arrived was MDF. MDF is not plywood. Responding to owners response - it was always damaged. Telling someone to ship something back at my expense is not addressing the fraud. The product was damaged on corners during shipping because it is not plywood. it is MDF. MDF is not plywood. I don't know how to state that clearer. Either this place is ignorant or dishonest. In either case stay clear.

Fabulous experience and great customer service - was able to match wood flooring that big box stores and local lumber yard could not. Great communication throughout the process. Had it shipped to my house within two weeks and was exactly as described and matched perfectly.

Ordered almost 90 pieces of dimensioned and surfaced cedar. Quick service and shipping! Everything was exactly as ordered (some wider pieces are on backorder but will be shipped next week). I had an issue with two cracked boards and they are sending me a return label. Two other glued-up boards were 1/8" short but were within their stated tolerance--just be careful when you order and order wider if the width is that critical to you. I couldn't ask for better service and their prices are fair (shipping from Missouri to Florida wasn't cheap but was fair for the weight). I will be ordering another shipment from them. Good company to work with and they do excellent work!

I really like this place. I order wood from Oklahoma to get the right sizes I need and even with shipping it is still a great price. Great selection of hardwoods and so many choices of widths, which saves me time cutting boards down for the repeated projects I make for my Etsy shop. Awesome business, I highly recommend them!

Brenda, who left a 1 should read better. When you pick a size it shows you in bold red letters if it’s glued or not, so Brenda - please read before you buy and don’t blame others for your mistakes. This is my experience - I ordered canary wood, besides sending me a great quality product, when i called to find out of a change on delivery carrier. My phone call was picked up on second ring and a nice gentleman explained that it was changed to a faster delivery. Got my order delivered in 3 business days from Missouri to Massachusetts. 5 star service on quality, deliver and service. My experience was amaizing and don’t understand that 1 star, but I guess there is always “that guy/gal” in the crowd. :)
