We couldn't be happier with the custom record cabinet Jeff created for us. From the start, he was incredibly communicative and collaborative, using technology to ensure we could visualize every detail of our unique design. Jeff and Tim "adapted" our matching glass top tables (2 end tables, 1 coffee table, and 1 sofa table) to solid white oak top tables. Their care removing the old glass top frames, and their expertise in the selection of the replacement wood and stain to match the existing bases was impeccable. Jeff provided us with a clear timeline and photos along the way, and the project was remarkably quick. We are delighted with the workmanship, and the "transformed" tables look beautiful with our existing decor. We highly recommend Jeff and his team!

We met Jeff, the owner, through a referral. After a quick chat about our project, which was making Pilates spring walls for a group fitness studio, he quickly worked up a rendering for us to visualize the concept. He also walked us through a variety of wood options, and finishes, then thoroughly researched the fastening system to implement. We couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for custom woodworking, I’d strongly suggest this company.

We were lucky enough to experience the talented craftsmanship of Jeff Wood at Carter Wood Studio. He custom made a table, bar top and stove hood for us. To say Jeff is very talented would be an understatement. He excels in all of the products that he has made, and continues to grow and improve. When I moved into my new condo back in 2020, I wanted a floating shelf in my living room and he exceeded my expectations. Jeff is reliable and genuinely cares about every product he makes. He also installed the shelf for me! I loved the shelf so much I also had him build me a bench for my entry hallway AND a vanity for my bathroom (which yes he installed for me too). With all the products made, you can tell Jeff took his time paying attention to detail to make both products unremarkable. I hands down would recommend having Jeff build you something rather than a store bought item. I can tell the difference between the wood work that Jeff made versus a store bought item. There is no comparison - Jeff’s work is amazing!!!!

I cannot speak more highly of Jeff and his craftsmanship. We reached out with a loose idea for a custom live-edge coffee table and he brought our vision to life.
