I bought a custom made hood and Emily was amazing in helping me figure out which insert for it and she was right, no more smoke alarms and the insert is super quite! She custom matched the stain to the stain for my new cabinets perfectly! Great service, excellent shipping, and product was perfect!

I can’t say enough positive things about Blue Fig Artisan! We purchased and remodeled our entire home and had Brad at Blue Fig hand craft our custom range hood, floating kitchen shelves, our fireplace mantel and our long living room open shelving! Everything turned out absolutely AMAZING!!! From placing the initial order, all the way to delivery, the process was flawless! I was mildly worried about ordering custom wood items online, but it truly was the best experience ever! Communication was phenomenal and we received our items in the time frame they promised. We have gotten so many compliments on our wood features and are beyond thankful for Blue Fig Artisan in helping us make our dreams come true!!! We love our new home!! Blue Fig Artisan is the best!! BEST HOOD EVER! We ordered this custom-made hood after completing a kitchen renovation. We could not find anything that we liked that would tie in all of the elements of our kitchen. Our kitchen has a lot of wood, and so we wanted some thing that would incorporate both the clean white elements of our kitchen and the rustic wood tones. Blue fig Artisan was the perfect company for the job. From the ease of contacting the designer, Emily, through the completion of the project, this was an excellent experience. The final product is incredibly beautiful. The installation process went smoothly and the hood insert is also of amazing quality. The hood is designed so that the mechanics of the insert are not able to be viewed. They are tucked up so that you only see the beauty of the hood itself. Thank you so much to Blue fig Artisan, our kitchen now has a piece of art that is the focal point of our kitchen.

I can’t say enough great things about Blue Fig Artisan. Emily was wonderful to work with and walked me through the process of designing and making sure that our vent fit properly in the hood. She took her time to guide me in my final design. The range hood arrived on time and was properly package to avoid damage through the shipping process. Buying products online can be very scary but Blue Fig definitely knows how to make their customers happy. I highly recommend Blue Fig!

Brad and Emily were terrific to work with on our project. They spent time with us helping to determine the best way to address our needs in building an upstairs laundry and mud room. The quality of their product is outstanding. The cupboard looks beautiful. We also included floating shelves that have recessed lighting underneath. Really adds a nice feel to the room. We are very pleased with the design and work provided by Blue Fig Artisan. The results are wonderful. We would strongly recommend them for your next project.

12/2/2024: edited to add update…. The finish on our cabinets is AMAZING! I cannot believe how easy it is to wipe up splatters (Hubby is an exuberant cook), nothing sticks, and nothing has stained. Have an energetic and curious shepherd who, on occasion, counter-surfs, and so far we’ve had no dings or chips in the cabinet doors or drawers from dog toenails. These cabinets are outstanding! Original review: We were introduced to Blue Fig through a restoration firm; we had a kitchen fire and needed a full re-do. Their communication, willingness to happily tweak the layout, and unbelievably speedy build and install timeframe are unmatched! I love that every cabinet has a maker’s sticker on the back, showing date and time, AND signed by the maker! Next time my family needs cabinetry or shelving of any kind, Blue Fig will be my ONLY call!

Working with Blue Fig for our oven hood was a flawless experience from start to finish. It were quick to respond, helpful and thorough throughout the process. Thanks to the instructions they gave mounting/setting up the hood was straightforward. And let’s talk about the craftsmanship! It is the standout piece in the kitchen and it’s one of our favorite parts of our entire kitchen remodel. It’s a solid, timeless piece that we know we will enjoy for years to come!
