I’ve been shopping here for 20 years , never had any issues with what they sell me . I tell them what I’m there for and they get it for me . A little over a week ago I walked in and asked for something your pour in your Diesel fuel to make it stop smoking. The guy without any hesitation said that right there . So believing the people I bought it , went online and looked up mixing ratio . I was excited they had something, I am new to diesel so I trusted that he knew what he was selling me and knew what it was for . Like they always have , I contacted the owner , no answer, instead a lady calls me giggling and having a fun time . Normally I’d be like I’m glad they’re happy , but as soon as I poured it in my fuel it started smoking worse , backed it up to my camper and it just stalls to never start again. When I try contacting the owner I get idnored . I want to thank you for always being helpful, you helped me get all the parts I’ve ever needed . Even if the part is the cause of me loosing my truck. Only thing I can say is don’t I mean don’t ever ask them for help getting something you need . They may sell you something that cost 11i to fix . I looked even online for the mix ratio and it told me .25 of a gallon per 8 gallons of fuel . The box was wet when I bought it so I just looked online to get answers

What a awesome down home hardware store, they had everything I needed. The staff went above and beyond to help me out. They also helped me with the project I was doing by giving me awesome advice on how to make it better. Proud they are in my home town when I need them.

I went into the hardware store to purchase a tarp. I saw the 9x12 were priced at 14.99$ according to the labeling on the shelf. At check out total came out to about 20$. I mentioned the difference and the man behind the counter confirmed the listed price and honored it. I will promote this business and their customer service. Thanks again.

I bought a fully set up bow from a family member a week ago but I've been having issues with the peep sight so I went in to see if they could fix it. The response I got "that's what you get when you have people that don't know what they're doing set up your bow" then he walks away leaving me standing there! Yeah wow it was set up when I bought it buddy thanks. If this is how you treat local people who are trying to give you business then I'll take my money elsewhere!
