I am completely delighted with my new outdoor 3-tier patio design with all RH outdoor furniture, textiles, umbrella and planters. It’s absolutely gorgeous as well practical. RH designer ,Megan Steif, really took her time to understand my goals and needs for the project and designed the patio layout to meet and even exceed my goals. Megan is an amazing designer! I know I will be using this patio for years to come thanks to her knowledge and design skills. Bravo, Megan and RH! The installation team was great to work with as well. I am a very satisfied customer!

Could not be more impressed with the level of customer service RH has provided. Aaron Ellis in particular, was a pleasure to work with. He spent hours with us mapping our space and ensuring what we were ordering would be perfect. We then had an issue with an order of couches and they remedied the issue with no questions asked and it was such an easy process . I now want to buy all future furniture here because of the loyalty I have now based on the customer service experience . I have not had such great luck with other companies and I am thoroughly impressed. Everything looks beautiful .The quality is exceptional as expected.

I can't believe how cheap all this furniture is made, given the price. The staff are all snooty and rude and think that this is like a high-end luxury furniture place. Literally all the furniture I looked at was made only to *look* visually nice, from a distance away. If you approach it, look underneath it, knock on it, I couldn't find a single piece of solidly built natural wood furniture. It's all like melamine coated, fake finish, lightweight, hollow feeling. I was able to lift up one of their nightstands off the ground with two fingers easily. Recommend looking elsewhere.

We spent over $19,000 at this place. Got the cloud sofas in leather. When we first got them, there were spots on the couches that looked like someone put burn marks with a cigarette. They kept on attributing it to a “natural look” that just didn’t sit well with me. The manager came out to look and tried convincing me that it was suppose to look like that. He said he’d call corporate to see if he could do anything and I never heard from him again, even though I left messages on his voicemail for a follow-up. They also will not help or recommend anything if you by chance get a stain on your furniture. Honestly, our cheap Garden City furniture we replaced were way more comfortable anyway. Just really disappointed with our experience with this company. Will never buy anything there again!

Ordered 2 couches 6 chairs and 3 seat covers. Let's start with the couches, sure 3 or 4 months is a while for couches but they looked great in the store. After months of anticipation they called saying they were unable the schedule delivery due to damage and would have to send them back to be fixed. Then called saying they wanted to schedule delivery. The two parties were not in communication with each other I had one telling me there were destroyed and another telling me they were ready to drop them off. After a week of back and fourth I told them I didn't want them. Got my money back. On to the chairs. The paint easily rubs off they are light and cheap not worth the price. The seat covers also had to be made took months and when they were ready to ship my tracking number had been voided. After more than hour on the phone they are supposedly being shipped. Let's hope those turnout ok. Will never shop here again. The money is not worth the product. Cheap poorly made products hands down.

Love ❤️ the furniture however the one store in the area in Michigan is horrible compared to the RH store that displayed so much in Somerset Collection that we once had! Birmingham store has the basics nothing more and not much at all so if your looking to buy, you should just do it online then waste your time driving to this location for the staff to have to just show you the furniture online too.

Friend and I visited this store yesterday. Our focus was a living room sectional and also wanted to look at bedroom furniture. The sales associates seemed disinterested in assisting us. We felt like we were pawned off onto other sales associates. We were looking for something specific which seemed like a bit of a challenge, but nonetheless, less than stellar service. I own many many items from restoration and luckily I don't live in this area, otherwise I might not want to shop at RH anymore. We didn't even bother with the bedroom furniture. Meh.

Very nice. Upscale, fashionable, modern but huge furniture for large homes with tons of square footage. Not a fan of couches with no back support because huge pillows give the look of part of the piece but are not. All the chairs and loungers are so low to the ground. Still, some nice designs. Very, very expensive.
