Honestly I like Hobby lobby better because of there low prices, but they were closed. Micheals is expensive! I gave them a 4 star because I found there clearance section and I have been wanting to get some glitter and I definitely scored $1 each woop woop!!! Saved about 20 bucks. Thanks Micheals I will be back!!!

My 14 year old daughter is BIG into crocheting and has recently started her own little shop of crocheted critters. And is venturing out into new, different yarn. One of the ladies noticed she was struggling to find things she liked. She offered advice and then said if you don't see a color you like... let me check, we may have it in the back room. As mom trying to raise a respectful teen and teaching her that it is ok to ask for things or help and not just settle, it was nice to see someone not just roll her eyes at teen in the store unlike previous stores we were in that same night. Thank you for your patience and guidance ! 😊 We will most definitely be back!

Recently a wonderful lady named Patti was so helpful to my wife and I shortly after coming to Michaels. This really set the tone for the rest of our visit at the store; such nice people, staff and customers alike. We bought a beautiful wreath that now adorns our front door thanks to Patti's assistance.
